摘 要: 虛擬強度指數鉆頭選型方法作為一種新的鉆頭評價、選型方法優勢突出,針對復合鉆井的實際情況將虛擬強度指數模型中鉆頭扭矩對地層做功分解為井下動力系統做功和地面動力系統做功兩部分,引入螺桿水功率,將井下鉆頭扭矩做功轉換為螺桿水力能量進行求解,方便現場使用。采用該方法對王府地區下部沙河子組鉆頭使用情況進行評價,形成鉆頭優選方案,現場應用,試驗井機械鉆速提高59%,效果明顯。

Abstract: The bit type selection method based on virtual strength index (VSI) has the outstanding advantages in the
evaluation and selection of drill bit. Based on the actual situation of compound drilling, the work done by the bit torque to the formation in the VSI model was resolved into two parts, underground power system work and ground power system work. Besides the screw water power was introduced, and the work of underground drilling torque was transformed to the screw hydraulic energy, and it was solved, which could be convenient for field use. This method was used to evaluate the drill bit usage in the lower Shahezi group of Wangfu area, the preferred program for drill bit was gotten. In the field application, the ROP of the test well increased by 59%.

前言在鉆井過程中,鉆頭類型的選擇是決定鉆頭使用效果的主要因素,好的鉆頭選型可以加快鉆井速度,延長鉆頭工作時間,提高進尺,降低鉆井成本,提高經濟效益。近年來隨著深井、超深井、大位移水平井的應用普及,常規導向系統和旋轉導向系統的不斷推廣,鉆井的深度、難度不斷增大,因此適用性強、綜合效果好的鉆頭優選方法在鉆井提速尤其是難鉆區塊的開發上顯得愈發重要。
1 虛擬強度指數鉆頭選型方法
R.Teale提出了鉆進巖石過程中機械比能的概念[1],這一概念將破碎單位體積巖石需要的能量與鉆頭的破巖效率聯系起來,即鉆頭在鉆壓和扭矩的共同作用下破碎井底地層單位體積巖石所做的功[2]。比能越大表示破碎單位體積的巖石消耗的功越多,這說明鉆頭破巖效率偏低,鉆頭與地層適應性差,需要對原有的鉆頭選型方案進行優化。……
