勝利油田某污水處理站工藝改造研究

摘 要：通過(guò)對(duì)勝利油田某污水處理站外輸水質(zhì)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)懸浮固體含量、腐蝕率、SRB菌以及鐵細(xì)菌硫化氫含量均超出B2注水水質(zhì)指標(biāo)，如果油田把這種不達(dá)標(biāo)的水用來(lái)回注，一方面會(huì)造成油田注入狀況差， 影響了油藏開發(fā)效果和增加了開發(fā)成本；另一方面會(huì)對(duì)注水站、注水管網(wǎng)及注水管柱產(chǎn)生腐蝕，增加了油田生產(chǎn)的安全隱患。通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)對(duì)該污水處理站來(lái)水水質(zhì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析，對(duì)改性藥劑和凈化藥劑進(jìn)行初步篩選，結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的測(cè)試結(jié)果和污水處理工藝現(xiàn)狀，并進(jìn)行不同方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)比選，提出合理的改造方案，同時(shí)選擇成熟、先進(jìn)、可靠的新技術(shù)、新工藝，使該污水處理站處理后污水水質(zhì)達(dá)到SY/T5329規(guī)定的B2級(jí)指標(biāo)，從而減少水處理系統(tǒng)對(duì)原油生產(chǎn)的制約，保障油田的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Abstract： Through analysis of the water quality of a sewage treatment station， it was found that the content of suspended solids， corrosion rate， SRB bacteria and iron bacteria were all beyond the B2 water quality index. If the water is reinjected into oil field， on the one hand oil field injection condition will become poor， influencing the reservoir development effect and increasing the cost of development， on the other hand， it will cause a serious corrosion to the water injection station， water injection pipe network and water injection pipe string， increasing the safety hazard of oil field production. In this paper， runoff water quality characteristics of a sewage treatment station were analyzed， modified agents and cleaning agents were screened out. Then through the field test and analysis of the status quo of the sewage treatment process， through comparing economic effect of different reform programs， suitable reform program was determined. After the reform， water quality of treated wastewater can meet the B2 level indicator of SY/T5329 provision， thereby reducing the restriction of water treatment system to oil production， ensuring sustainable development of oilfield.

勝利油田某污水處理站目前污水處理規(guī)模為

5 000 m3/d，處理后污水用于回注。污水來(lái)源有三個(gè)：一是來(lái)自平方王油田、平南油田、濱南油田西部、尚店油田小部分產(chǎn)能分離出水；另一是勝興、勝凱、東勝三個(gè)油公司單井拉油分離出水；再一是濱五站來(lái)油分離出水。目前進(jìn)入該污水處理站的污水總量約3 070～3 870 m3/d。近期勝利油田勝利勘察設(shè)計(jì)研究院有限公司對(duì)該處理站的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)其處理后水質(zhì)無(wú)法達(dá)到回注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嚴(yán)重制約了油田的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
