閉式冷卻塔在石化行業循環水領域的開發與應用

摘 要： 石化行業現有的開式塔越來越不能滿足生產需要，而以閉式冷卻塔為核心的閉式循環水技術，其不僅可以保證循環水質，而且還具有節水節能、減少藥劑投加、減少二次污染等優點。經過全年的運行成本分析，閉式塔較開式塔可節省水耗達40%以上，節省電耗達20%以上，在現有的石化行業循環水領域具有非常大的應用價值。

Abstract： The existing opened towers in petrochemical industry can not meet the needs of production， and the closed circulating water technology based on the closed cooling towers， not only can ensure the circulating water quality， but also has the advantages of saving water， saving energy， reducing the dosage and reducing the second pollution. After analysis of the annual operating cost， compared to the opened towers， the closed cooling towers can save water consumption more than 40%， save power consumption more than 20%，so it has very large application value in existing circulating water system of petrochemical industry.

中國是一個水資源短缺而且分布極不均勻的國家，地表水污染比較嚴重，且過度依賴地下水。我國工業用水的綜合重復率不到70%，而美國等發達國家的工業用水的循環率達92%～95%[1]，其中很大的一塊是由于我國普遍采用的開式冷卻塔循環水與空氣直接接觸，造成了污染，影響了循環利用，不得不消耗大量的新鮮水來補充。

石化行業是工業用水大戶，循環水用水占總用水比例大約為50%～95%，而目前我國石化行業都是采用的開式冷卻塔來冷卻循環水，循環水質得不到保證，非常容易結垢，需投加大量化學藥劑，工藝設備需經常清洗和維護，另外常年的濕式運行，也加大了水耗能耗[2]。隨著國務院頒布了“水十條”，企業用水受到越來越多的限制和約束，其也成為制約企業發展的一大“瓶頸”。

閉式冷卻塔源于蒸發式冷凝器，其最大的特點就是循環水不與外界環境接觸，保護了水質，節水節能效果突出。從國外蒸發式冷卻技術發展……
