摘 要: 概述了氮氧化物((NOX))的危害及幾種氮氧化物的處理技術,對超重力尿素吸收還原法的反應原理及操作條件進行了較為詳細的描述,并對其在撫順石化公司650 t噸//a年加氫催化劑生產線的應用情況進行了介紹。該應用結果表明超重力尿素吸收還原法的氮氧化物去除率為60%左右。

Nitrogen Oxide Pollution Control Technology and Its
Application in Catalyst Production

Abstract: The harm of nitrogen oxide (NOX) and several kinds of control technology technologies of nitrogen oxide were reviewed. The reaction principle and operating conditions of the super gravity urea absorption reduction method were discussed in details, and the its application of thein 650 tons/year a hydrogenation catalyst production line in Fushun petrochemical company was analyzed. The application results showed that the urea nitrogen nitrogen oxide removal rate of the super gravity absorption reduction process is approximately about 60%.

2015年兩會期間,國務院總理李克強在談到“持續推進民生改善和社會建設”時強調,要打好節能減排和環境治理攻堅戰。今年,二氧化碳排放強度要降低3.1%以上,化學需氧量、氨氮排放都要減少2%左右,二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放要分別減少3%左右和5%左右。隨著社會發展和工業進步,我國的大氣污染問題頻發(如2013年以來出現了多次大范圍灰霾天氣),引起了社會的廣泛關注。如何有效治理大氣污染成為當務之急。
氮氧化物(NOX,主要是指NO2和NO)是大氣污染的主要污染物之一, 是煤炭燃燒和汽車尾氣排放的煙氣的主要污染物,給自然環境和人類生產活動帶來嚴重危害[1,2]。NOX也是導致酸雨的“酸性氣體”。特別是近年來隨著對NOX的深入研究,發現此類物質在光照下會發生光化學反應,形成光化學煙霧,使人產生喉頭發炎,鼻、眼受刺激紅腫,頭痛等癥狀。即使濃度較低也會對人產生慢性危害,其危害途徑是侵蝕人的呼吸道及眼睛,主要癥狀有眼、鼻粘膜刺激、慢性支氣管炎、哮喘、肺癌等。所以NOX己成為我國近期內的減排重點[3]。……
