110例剖宮產術后切口皮內內縫臨床探討

[摘要] 目的 探討剖宮產術后切口皮內內縫的臨床效果。方法 隨機將方便選取2015年2月—2016年5月該院收治的110例剖宮產患者均分為實驗組和對照組，每組各55例。實驗組術后切口皮內縫合；對照組術后切口褥式縫合。觀察兩組切口愈合情況及患者滿意率。結果 切口甲級愈合率100%，皮下硬結率1.8%，無脂肪液化、對合不良病例，患者滿意度98.2%。各項指標均優(yōu)于對照組（P<0.05）。結論 剖宮產術后切口皮內內縫的臨床應用可有效降低切口愈合不良情況的發(fā)生機率，既利于切口早期優(yōu)質愈合，又具有高美觀度，易于患者接受和認可，值得推廣使用。

110 Cases of Cesarean Section Incision Intradermal Clinical Study

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of incision suture after cesarean section. Methods From February 2015 to May 2016. The 110 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into experimental group and control group， 55 cases in each group. The experimental group after intradermic suture； control group incision mattress suture. Observation of two groups of wound healing and patient satisfaction rate. Results Class-A healing rate was 100%， rate of subcutaneous induration of 1.8%， fat free liquefaction， ADR， patient satisfaction rate was 98.2%. The indicators were better than the control group （P < 0.05）. Conclusion Caesarean birth clinical application of postoperative incision Pineinei suture can effectively reduce the incision healing the probability of the occurrence of adverse circumstances， is conducive to the early incision quality healing， but also has high artistic， is easy to be accepted by patients and recognition， which is worthy of popularization and use.

剖宮產是產科領域常用重要手術，憑借能有效減輕分娩痛苦、解決產科合并癥、施術安全系數高等一系列優(yōu)勢而受到眾多孕產婦的青睞[1]?，F階段，物質生活水平的提高使人們對美的心理需求增強，產婦在要求剖宮產施術安全的同時對術后切口的早期愈合及美觀度也提出了高要求[2]。該院近年來以皮內內縫法縫合剖宮產切口取得良好臨床效果，在降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、提高切口美觀度方面發(fā)揮了重要作用，文章現以2015年2月—2016年5月該院產科收治的110例剖宮產患者為例進行分析和探討，現報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
