摘 要:該文圍繞目標肌肉神經功能重建動物模型的建立及相關機制的探索展開研究工作,重點解決感知覺功能恢復與增強及運動神經功能重建在理論和技術上的可行性。利用神經功能重建技術,實現感知覺和運動神經信息源的生物增強或重建。利用目標神經分布重建方法,建立缺失運動神經信號源重建的生物模型,獲取豐富的運動神經信號;利用微電極(陣列)植入技術直接檢測外周神經信號,研究獲取高質量運動神經信號的方法;在此基礎上探討運動神經功能的生物重建與增強機理。

Abstract:Early issues of the subject were to construct animal mode for targeted muscle reinnervation and to explore the related mechanism. Research work focused on solving functional recovery and enhancement for sensory perception and motor nerve in theory and technical. Biological enhancement or reconstruction of perception and motor nerve were realized using neural function reconstruction technology. First, the animal models were established using TMR technology to get a wealth of motor nerve signals in situation of lacking of motor nerve signal source. Then, micro-electrode (array) implanting technology that detects peripheral nerve signals directly was researched to obtain high-quality motor nerve signals. On this basis, mechanisms of motor nerve reconstruction and enhancement were discussed.
