慢性心力衰竭患者經(jīng)動態(tài)心電圖分析系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合彩色超聲心動圖診斷的臨床價值

[摘要] 目的 分析將彩色超聲心動圖診斷與經(jīng)動態(tài)心電圖分析系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用于慢性心力衰竭患者診斷中的價值。方法 方便選擇2015年10月—2016年10月期間在該院治療的慢性心力衰竭患者33例，并作為研究組，選取同期到該院體檢的健康人群33名作為參照組，全部研究對象都實施24 h彩色超聲心動圖診斷與經(jīng)動態(tài)心電圖分析系統(tǒng)，對比兩組診斷效果。結(jié)果 研究組Tei 指數(shù)、E/A、LVEF指標(biāo)分別為（0.93±0.04）、（0.71±0.03）、（32.17±3.51）%，與參照組的（0.44±0.02）、（1.88±0.06）、（73.64±4.56）%相比，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 將彩色超聲心動圖診斷與經(jīng)動態(tài)心電圖分析系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用于慢性心力衰竭患者診斷中，可以清楚計算與分析患者各項指標(biāo)，值得應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the color echocardiography in the diagnosis of associated with the dynamic ecg analysis system applied in the diagnosis of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Convenient selection In October 2015 to October 2016 treatment in our hospital during the period of 33 cases of patients with chronic heart failure， and as a team， select the same to our physical health crowd 33 as control group， all the object of study to implement 24-hour color echocardiography diagnosis and the dynamic ecg analysis system， compared two groups of diagnosis effect. Results Team Tei index， E/A， LVEF index （0.93±0.04）， （0.71±0.03）， respectively （32.17±3.51）%， and the control group （0.44±0.02）， （1.88±0.06）， （73.64±4.56）%， compared with A significant difference， there is statistical significance between groups， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The color echocardiography in the diagnosis of associated with the dynamic ecg analysis system applied in the diagnosis of patients with chronic heart failure， can clear that patients with calculation and analysis of various index， is worthy of application.

慢性的心力衰竭屬于臨床常見疾病，很多慢性心力衰竭的患者都會伴有運動耐力弱化情況，同時會產(chǎn)生腿部水腫、呼吸困難與乏力等癥狀[1]。因此，早診斷與早治療是慢性心力衰竭預(yù)防與治療的關(guān)鍵，常用診斷方式為動態(tài)的心電圖分析，其可以準(zhǔn)確診斷心律失常與心肌缺血。該文把2015年10月—2016年10月份期間在該院治療的慢性心力衰竭患者33例當(dāng)做此次的研究對象，簡析了將彩色超聲心動圖診斷與經(jīng)動態(tài)心電圖分析系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合應(yīng)用于慢性心力衰竭患者診斷中的價值，現(xiàn)報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料
