高等中醫院校人體解剖學教學探索

摘要：人體解剖學在高等中醫院校是中醫學、中西醫結合、針灸推拿專業學生一門重要的主干學科。解剖學課程的學習復雜而又繁瑣，目前高等中醫院校解剖學教學存在著一系列的問題。我們將根據近幾年在的教學經驗和實踐，結合本校教學的實際情況，探討高等中醫院校人體解剖學的教學思路、措施及體會。

Abstract：Human anatomy is an important branch of science in Chinese medicine， integrative medicine， acupuncture and massage in higher institutions of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） colleges. Currently， there are a number of significant problems in the teaching of anatomy in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese Medicine as the learning of anatomy course is complex and cumbersome.Based in recent years of teaching and practice experience， and combined with the actual situation of the teaching in universities of Chinese medicine， we will explore the teaching ideas， measures and experiences in human anatomy.

人體解剖學是一門古老、經典的基礎醫學必修課程。高等中醫院校人體解剖學研究人體各部器官的形態、結構、位置和功能，為進一步學習人體各器官形態、機能、診斷和防治提供必要的基礎知識。人體解剖學是一門基礎學科，也是高等中醫院校醫學生的必修課。在醫學相關課程的學習中，人體解剖學的學習至關重要，其教學方法的研究都受到各高等中醫院校的重視。

1目前存在的主要問題

筆者曾先后教授中醫學、中西醫結合、護理學等專業的解剖學課程，發現高等中醫院校學生學習人體解剖學主要存著以下問題。首先，由于人體解剖學這門課程復雜性以及專業特性，大一新生學習往往感到枯燥，很難產生興趣，導致學習勁頭不足；其次，本課程具有內容、名詞多，學習、記憶難的特點，不少學生感到難學、難記、難懂，從而產生畏難情緒；再次，現有教學模式中，課程基礎知識與臨床嚴重脫節，使學生到了臨床還需從頭來過；最后，由于傳統教學方法常采用教科書、圖譜、標本和模型相結合的教學模式，學生仍然難以形成立體感和位置空間感，因此許多學生反映解剖學的內容過于抽象，更容易忘記。……
