護理干預對老年糖尿病患者的心理影響

摘要：目的 分析護理干預治對老年糖尿病患者的心理影響。方法 選擇我院2014年11月～2015年11月治療的90例老年糖尿病患者，根據隨機數字表的方法，將他們平均分成兩個組：參照組和觀察組，平均每組45例，對參照組患者給予常規護理的方式，觀察組病患則實施護理干預措施，讓兩組患者對自身的病情好轉情況、心理良好癥狀與生活能力等方面給予評分。結果 觀察組患者在實施護理干預后，他們對各方面的評分均高于參照組，兩組間差異明顯，具有有統計學意義（P<0.05），具有可比性。結論 對老年糖尿病患者給予護理干預，可以加快患者的恢復速度，提高患者的生活質量，有效地改善患者心理狀況。由此可見，護理干預在醫學領域具有良好的臨床實踐價值，其應該在醫學上得到推廣。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the psychological influence of nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital in November 2014 November -2015 years of treatment， according to the random number table method， they were divided into two groups： control group and observation group， 45 cases in each group on average， according to the groups of patients were given conventional nursing， patients in the observation group， the nursing intervention measures， make two groups of patients on their condition improved， good psychological symptoms and life ability to score. Results The patients in the observation group in the implementation of nursing intervention， their scores were higher than the reference group， the difference between the two groups was significant， with statistical significance （P < 0.05）， with comparable. Conclusion Nursing intervention on elderly patients with diabetes can speed up the recovery rate， improve the quality of life of patients， and effectively improve the psychological status of patients. Therefore， nursing intervention in the field of medicine has a good clinical practice value， which should be popularized in medicine.

近些年來，老年糖尿病患者越來越多，其作為現代臨床醫學中一種常見的臨床癥狀，已經引起人們的廣泛關注[1]。根據相關的臨床可知，糖尿病患者大部分是由于精神過于緊張、焦慮等不良情緒導致病情不斷地加重，甚至出現酮癥，目前已被證實，心理社會因素在較大程度上促進了糖尿病的發生與發展[2]。因此，對糖尿病患者實施護理措施顯得非常有必要，在增強患者治療依從性的同時，有效地提高臨床治療效果。為此，本院選擇了2014年11月～2015年11月治療的90例老年糖尿病患者，分別給予兩組患者不同的護理方式，并對他們的相關的臨床資料做了相關記錄，具體的醫學報告如下所示。……
