摘要:針對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)神經(jīng)病學(xué)課程過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的緊張焦慮情緒,學(xué)習(xí)興趣不高的情況,我院神經(jīng)病學(xué)教研室總結(jié)一套實(shí)用可行的教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)手段,如案例教學(xué)法,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人,2/8教學(xué)法等;并結(jié)合先進(jìn)的電教手段和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)。根據(jù)不同授課內(nèi)容的需要,選擇具體措施,取得了較好的教學(xué)效果,使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)神經(jīng)病學(xué)的興趣明顯提高。

On how to Arouse Students' Interest in Neurology Class

Abstract:Because of students' little interest in and many worries about the neurology course, the teachers and doctors in the teaching and research office of neurology in our hospital have summarized a series of teaching methods including case-study teaching, standard patients, 2/8 teaching and so on, combined with advanced electronic teaching methods and internet technology. According to different requirements of contents, different but specific measures have been taken. Positive effects have shown in students' interest in learning neurology.

在醫(yī)學(xué)生臨床課程中,神經(jīng)病學(xué)是一門(mén)比較重要分支學(xué)科,其教學(xué)內(nèi)容廣泛、學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)復(fù)雜,也往往是醫(yī)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的難點(diǎn)。要想成長(zhǎng)為一名好的神經(jīng)內(nèi)科醫(yī)師,則需要積累包括神經(jīng)解剖學(xué)、神經(jīng)病理學(xué)、神經(jīng)生物化學(xué)、神經(jīng)藥理學(xué)、神經(jīng)生理學(xué)、神經(jīng)流行病學(xué)、神經(jīng)影像學(xué)等多方面的知識(shí)。臨床診斷中則同時(shí)要進(jìn)行定位和定性分析,并強(qiáng)調(diào)高度的邏輯性和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)睦碚撔浴R虼耍谏窠?jīng)病學(xué)的課程學(xué)習(xí)中,一些醫(yī)學(xué)生中產(chǎn)生了恐懼和焦慮情緒。有學(xué)者將之稱(chēng)為為\"神經(jīng)恐懼(Neurophobia)\",以此來(lái)形容\"醫(yī)學(xué)生由于無(wú)法將基礎(chǔ)的神經(jīng)科學(xué)知識(shí)應(yīng)用于疾病的臨床表現(xiàn)的分析而對(duì)神經(jīng)病學(xué)課程學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)生的恐懼感。\"[1,2]我們?cè)诮虒W(xué)中認(rèn)識(shí)到,要使學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中較好的戰(zhàn)勝這種恐懼和焦慮情緒,努力使學(xué)生產(chǎn)生對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)神經(jīng)病學(xué)的興趣,則能夠很好的解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題。
1提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣的方法
1.1在教學(xué)過(guò)程中給學(xué)生簡(jiǎn)單介紹一些與課堂知識(shí)相關(guān)的醫(yī)學(xué)史知識(shí)往往會(huì)產(chǎn)生非常好的效果,醫(yī)學(xué)史中凝聚著歷代神經(jīng)病學(xué)家心血和貢獻(xiàn)。……
