有創動脈血壓監測在手術中的應用及護理

摘要：目的 探討在手術中對患者采取連續動脈血壓監測的重要性，以及在應用中的觀察及護理。方法 對32例留置動脈導管進行有創動脈血壓監測的患者進行觀察護理，熟練掌握監測方法，預防并發癥的護理措施。結果 32例持續有創血壓監測的患者均無出現套管阻塞、滑脫、出血、血栓、感染等并發癥。結論 采取科學有效的有創血壓監測及護理措施，能夠預防并發癥的發生，使患者順利度過手術期，取得滿意的臨床效果。

Application and Nursing of Invasive Arterial Blood Pressure Monitoring in Operation

Abstract：Objective To discuss the surgery for patients to take the importance of continuous arterial blood pressure monitoring，and the application of observation and nursing care.Methods 32 cases of lien artery catheter for patients with invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring for the nursing，mastering monitoring method，nursing measures to prevent complications.Results 32 patients with continuous invasive blood pressure monitoring were not appear casing obstruction，slippage，bleeding，blood clots，complications such as infection.Conclusion Adopt scientific and effective invasive blood pressure monitoring and nursing measures，can prevent the happening of the complications，make the patients through operation period，obtain satisfactory clinical effect.

有創動脈血壓監測是將動脈導管置入周圍動脈內，接壓力傳感器后利用監護儀進行連續測量血壓的一種方法，能直接，及時，準確，連續地測量患者每個心動周期的動脈血壓，反映血壓變化的趨勢，幫助醫護人員全面了解病情，在第一時間做出相應處理，也提供各種血標本的采血通道。同時有創血壓監測為侵入性的監測手段，為提高手術中有創血壓的準確性，預防并發癥，必須持續沖洗動脈監測管，保持通暢，在置管期間嚴密觀察加強護理。近年來本院手術室對部分手術患者術中采用連續動脈血壓監測，現報道如下：

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 2013年10月～2014年10月應用有創血壓監測的32例患者，其中男23例，女9例，年齡16歲～76歲，顱腦手術6例，腹部手術12例，低血容量急診手術4例，腰椎手術8例，其它2例，均采用連續動脈血壓監測。

1.2穿刺部位的選擇 首選腕部橈動脈，因為橈動脈位置表淺易觸摸，操作方便，穿刺容易成功。……
