卡氏擦劑聯合奈替芬酮康唑軟膏治療手癬療效觀察

摘要：目的 觀察卡氏擦劑聯合奈替芬酮康唑軟膏治療手癬的治療效果。方法 將64例患者隨機分成治療組與對照組，治療組使用卡氏擦劑及奈替芬酮康唑軟膏間隔涂擦局部，對照組只采用奈替芬酮康唑軟膏涂擦，停藥后行臨床療效評定及真菌學檢查。結果 停藥2 w后治療組總有效率90.62%，停藥4 w后總有效率93.75%，停藥2 w后對照組總有效率78.13%，停藥4 w后總有效率81.25%，治療組明顯高于對照組。結論 卡氏擦劑與奈替芬酮康唑軟膏聯合用藥治療效果好，值得臨床推廣應用。

Observation of the Curative Effect of Karnofsky Liniment Joint Naftifine Ketoconazole Ointment in the Treatment of Tinea Manuum

Abstract：Objective To observe the Kaczynski liniment joint naftifine ketoconazole ointment in treatment of tinea manuum treatment effect. Methods 64 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， treatment group using the Chi's liniment and Nai naftifine ketoconazole ointment interval partial erasure， the control group only by Nai naftifine ketoconazole ointment inunction， stop drug underwent clinical evaluation and mycological examination. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 2 after 90.62% weeks， the total effective rate was 4 after 93.75% weeks， the total effective rate was 78.13% in the control group after 2 weeks， the total effective rate was 4 after 81.25% weeks， the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion The effect of Gallibacterium liniment and naftifine ketoconazole ointment combined with drug treatment is good， it is worthy of clinical application.

卡氏擦劑，通用名：復方間苯二酚洗劑。主要成分有：硼酸、間苯二酚、苯酚、丙酮。主要適用于治療霉菌性皮膚病，如手癬、足癬、體癬、股癬等。奈替芬酮康唑軟膏（重慶華邦制藥股份有限公司）是奈替芬與酮康唑的復方制劑，兩種抗真菌劑的聯合用藥使藥物的抗真菌作加強[1]。我科自2015年5月～10月應用卡氏擦劑聯合奈替芬酮康唑軟膏治療手癬取得了滿意的療效，現總結報告如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 病例選擇經臨床及真菌鏡檢陽性確診的手癬病人并能完成療程及隨訪者，病人用藥遵囑依從性好。64例手癬患者均來自我院皮膚科門診，并經臨床及真菌性鏡檢確診。隨機分為兩組，治療組32例，男21例，女11例，平均年齡41.2歲，平均病程15.4月。對照組32例，男19例，女13例，平均年齡38.9歲，平均病程16.1月。兩組患者的性別、年齡、統計學比較無顯著差異（P<0.05），治療前均征得患者同意，入選患者均符合以下情況：近1 w未使用外用抗真菌劑、近1個月內未使用口服抗真菌藥，無哺乳期及孕期婦女，所有病人治療前后均做肝功能檢查[2]。……
