摘要:診斷學作為基礎醫學與臨床醫學的橋梁科學,是培養臨床能力的重要基礎。本文對全英文帶教醫學留學生物理診斷學見習課中存在的常見問題和關鍵環節進行初步探討。留學生物理診斷學帶教中的常見問題包括學生與老師間英語交流困難、留學生紀律相對散漫、缺乏統一教材等。在帶教過程中,老師要提高自己的英語水平尤其是聽說能力,并針對留學生的學習特點,加強課前準備,適當采用PBL教學法,改進授課技巧,加強留學生管理,選擇適當教材,以提高醫學留學生教學水平。

Experience in Teaching of Physical Diagnostics for Foreign Students

Abstract:As diagnostics is a bridge of basic medicine and clinical medicine, the teaching of it is of importance in training clinical ability. In this paper, we discussed some problems in diagnostics novitiate teaching for international students. The common problems include difficulties of communication between the teacher and international students in English, relatively loose discipline, lack of unified teaching materials, etc. Considering our circumstances and students' characteristics, teachers should make full preparation before class, strengthen language knowledge especially listening and speaking,improve the teaching skills, use problem-based-learning appropriately, strengthen the management of students and select suitable teaching materials to raise the teaching level of medical students.

隨著我國國際影響力的提高和高等醫學教育的發展,越來越多的留學生選擇來華留學。診斷學作為基礎醫學與臨床醫學的橋梁科學,是醫學生掌握臨床基本理論、基本技能和培養臨床思維方法的重要基礎,其見習課教學質量的好壞關系到以后臨床課程的學習。
1 醫學留學生帶教的特點和問題
我校招收的留學生多來自于巴基斯坦、孟加拉、泰國等國家,多數學生的英語發音帶有濃重的口音;而對于老師而言,大多數是臨床醫生、平時工作中缺乏英語環境,而且由于中國英語教育的缺陷,大部分老師讀寫能力較強而聽說能力欠佳,影響了師生間的交流。在學習態度和方法上,留學生與中國學生相比,課堂思維比較活躍,喜歡與老師互動,隨時可能打斷講課、直接提出問題;但同時也存在紀律散漫的問題,遲到、早退、缺課相對常見?!?br>
