品管圈活動在兒童PICC維護培訓中的應用效果評價

摘要：目的 探討品管圈活動在兒童PICC維護培訓中的應用效果。方法 建立品管圈，2014年3月1日～8月31日通過兒童PICC維護培訓開展一系列QCC活動，開展品管圈前后進行考核，對兩次成績進行比較。結果 開展QCC活動后，全科護士對兒童PICC維護的理論知識、操作技能以及患兒家長滿意度較之前有明顯的提高。結論 在兒童PICC維護中開展QCC活動不僅能提高兒科護士的理論知識、操作技能水平及患兒家長滿意度，還能提升全科護士護理科研能力及對QCC的認識和運用能力、執行力等，使護理質量管理持續進行。

Evaluation of Application Effect of QCC Activity in PICC Maintenance Training for Children

Abstract：Objective To study the quality control circle activities in the application of PICC children maintain training effect. Methods To establish quality control circles， on 1 March 2014 solstice by August 31 children usm maintenance training to carry out a series of QCC activities， carry out quality management circle carries on the inspection before and after， compares two grades. Results After the QCC activity， general nurses to PICC children maintain the theory of knowledge， skills， and parents' satisfaction has obvious increase than before. Conclusion PICC in children's maintenance of QCC activity can not only improve the level of pediatric nurses theory knowledge， skills and parents satisfaction， also can promote general nurses nursing scientific research ability and understanding of QCC and using ability， execution， etc.， make continuous nursing quality management.

品管圈（quality control circle，QCC）是指同一工作單位或工作性質的相關人員，自發組織起來，科學的運用各種工具和方法，持續的進行效率提升、降低成本、提高產品質量等業務的小組[1]。PICC是腫瘤患者重要的靜脈輸液通路，在臨床上應用逐漸廣泛[2-3]。我科共有護士19人，兒童PICC維護理論知識與操作技能薄弱，加之護理工作的繁忙，工作量大，患兒及患兒家長的不配合導致PICC維護工作難度大，為提高兒童PICC維護的質量及患兒家長的滿意度，2014年3月我科在培訓兒童PICC維護過程中通過開展品管圈的活動取得了滿意的效果，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1成立QCC小組 由兒科8名護理人員自由組成QCC小組，其中護理師6人，護士2人，由1名護理師擔任圈長，負責QCC活動的統籌安排及管理工作，護士長擔任輔導員，負責督促指導QCC小組活動及協調等工作。QCC活動1次/月，在圈會上采用頭腦風暴法每人……
