防水皮硝腹帶的設計與應用

摘要：目的 介紹一種防水皮硝腹帶的設計與應用。方法 防水皮硝腹帶包括普通的醫用腹帶及組成防水敷藥部件的防水隔層、防水海綿條和吸水海綿條組成，利用防水隔層和防水海綿條將皮硝析出的液體隔離，再利用吸水海綿條將液體吸收，從而達到不外滲的效果。結果 防水皮硝腹帶制作簡單，節省人力，有效的避免了液體的滲出，增加了患者的舒適度和活動度。結論 防水皮硝腹帶有效的吸收了皮硝析出的液體，降低了患者更換皮硝的次數，提高了患者的舒適度。

The Design and Application of Waterproof Mirabilite Bellyband

Abstract：Objective To introduce the design and application of a kind of bellyband that is filled with mirabilite and waterproof. Methods This bellyband is composed of ordinary medical bellyband， waterproof insulation layer， waterproof sponge strip and water absorbing sponge strip.The last three part allow the function of watertightness and filling mirabilite. The waterproof insulation layer and waterproof sponge strip can isolate the liquid that precipitated by mirabilite， then water absorbing sponge strip absorb the liquid. So as to achieve the effect of no exosmosis. Results The kind of bellyband that is filled with mirabilite and waterproof is simple to manufacture， and can avoid the liquid leakage， so the patients who use it feel comfortable and active freely. Conclusion The kind of bellyband that is filled with mirabilite and waterproof can absorb the liquid precipitated by mirabilite effectively， reduce the frequency of replacement to mirabilite， therefore improve the patient's comfort level.

皮硝亦稱芒硝，近年來，皮硝外敷在臨床上廣泛應用于胰腺炎、闌尾包塊、腹膜炎及消化道腫瘤的患者。現代醫學研究發現皮硝外敷可以在局部形成高滲環境，促進腹腔滲液及其中炎性細胞因子的吸收，從而促進局部炎癥的消退，炎性分泌物的吸收改善了胰床的周圍環境，有利于胰腺的恢復[1-2]。但是由于皮硝特殊的化學結構在治療時會有大量滲出和結晶，引起衣物受潮變硬等諸多問題，很多患者在使用過程中都表示太不方便。針對現有的問題，我們制作了一個防水皮硝腹帶。它不僅能使患者在外敷過程中自由活動，固定良好，而且還能將皮硝所析出的液體吸收，從而免去經常更換衣物與被單的麻煩，增加患者的活動能力，提高外敷的效果。
