手術室護理管理中護理安全風險管理防御機制的應用分析

摘要：目的 探討手術室護理管理中應用護理安全風險管理防御機制的方法與效果。方法 比較我院手術室護理管理中實施護理安全風險管理防御機制（研究組，2013年6月～2015年12月，200例）與傳統手術室護理管理（對照組，2011年1月～2013年5月，200例）的效果。結果 研究組護理風險事件發生率、護患糾紛事件發生率均明顯低于對照組（P<0.05），而護理滿意度評分則明顯高于對照組（P<0.05），同時手術室各個方面的配合評分上研究組更高（P<0.05）。結論 護理安全風險管理防御機制應用在手術室護理管理中，不僅可降低風險事件發生率，同時提高手術室護理配合質量。

Analysis on the Application of Nursing Safety Risk Management and Prevention Mechanism in Operation Room Nursing Management

Abstract：Objective To investigate the operating room nursing management of nursing security risk management methods and defense mechanisms of effect.Methods Comparison of our hospital operating room nursing management of nursing security risk management defense mechanism（Study Group，June 2013 to December 2015，200 cases）and the traditional operating room nursing management（control group，in January 2011 to 2013 in May，200 cases）results.Results The study group event rate risk nursing，nursing disputes events were significantly lower than the control group（P<0.05），while care satisfaction scores are significantly higher（P<0.05），while all aspects of the operating room the research group with scores higher（P<0.05）.Conclusion Nursing Security Risk Management Application of defense mechanisms in the operating room nursing management，not only can reduce the risk of event rates，while improving operating room with the quality of care.

手術室屬于醫院比較重要的科室，護理安全對于手術室護理管理十分重要，因為手術室屬于高風險科室，因工作環節多、緊迫性、操作多、時間連續性強等[1]，極易出現差錯。為了進一步探討手術室護理管理新型措施，我院將護理安全風險管理防御機制應用其中，現將結果報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 我院手術室護理管理從2013年下半年開始實施護理安全風險管理防御機制，將2013年6月～2015年12月作為研究組，而2011年1月～2013年5月作為對照組，兩組期間均隨機抽取200例患者進行調查。對照組：男105例、女95例，年齡16～75歲，均值（46.8±5.9）歲。研究組：男108例、女92例；年齡16～74歲，均值（46.5±5.7）歲。在前述一般資料上組間比較無統計學意義（P>0.05），可比。

1.2方法 對照組期間按照常規手術室護理管理處理，研究組期間則實施護理安全風險管理防御……
