B超監護下放置吉妮柔適 IUD臨床效果分析

摘要：目的 觀察B超監護下放置吉妮柔適 IUD的臨床效果。方法 在B超監護下放置吉妮IN（柔適）型 IUD 100例。分別在術后1、3、6、12、24、36個月行門診咨詢、婦科檢查和B超檢查。觀察吉妮柔適 IUD下移及脫落、因癥取出、帶器妊娠等數據并進行臨床效果分析。結果 吉妮柔適 IUD是一種新型固定式IUD，脫落率低、副反應少、續用率高，適合推廣使用。結論 吉妮柔適IUD是一種新型固定式IUD，有脫落率低、副反應少、續用率高的特點，適合推廣使用。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of IUD Placed Gynefix B Ultrasound Monitoring

Abstract：Objective To observe the placed under ultrasound monitoring Gynefix clinical effect of IUD. Methods Under ultrasound monitoring place jeannie （soft comfortable） IUD IN 100 cases. At postoperative 1， 3， 6， 12， 24， 36 months line outpatient consultation， inspection and B ultrasonic examination of department of gynaecology. Observe Gynefix IUD move down and fall off， take out， with pregnancy because of illness \"and other data and to analyze clinical effect. Results Gynefix an IUD is a new kind of stationary IUD， lower loss rate， less side effects， renew YongLv high， suitable for promotion.Conclusion Gynefix IUD is a new type of fixed IUD， a low loss rate， less side reaction and continuation rate is high， suitable for use.

宮內節育器作為一種安全、有效、長效的避孕節育方法已經使用了多年，為人類的避孕節育和社會的和諧發展做出了巨大貢獻。但是部分育齡婦女放置宮內節育器后，出現下移、脫落，腰酸腹痛，點滴出血等不適癥狀。為了降低置器后副反應及失敗率，提高續用率，更好地為育齡婦女服務，我中心在B超監護下放置吉妮型宮內節育器并進行效果分析。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 2006年1月～2010年12月來我中心自愿要求放置宮內節育器的婦女80例。年齡23～42歲，月經周期規律（3～7/21～35 d），近3個月未使用激素類避孕藥具，無銅過敏史，無放置宮內節育器禁忌癥的健康育齡婦女。其中孕次1～8次、平均3次；宮腔深度6.5～12 cm、平均8.5 cm。重點選擇了有一次或多次節育器下移、脫落史的育齡婦女，并盡量排除有帶器妊娠史或哺乳期的育齡婦女。

1.2材料 吉妮柔適IUD（天津和杰醫療器械有限公司生產），由6個銅套用聚丙烯手術線串聯而成，銅的總面積為330mm2，手術線的頂端有一環狀小結，套在放置器尖端上部，末端尾絲較第一代更柔軟，單獨滅菌包裝?！?br>
