微型種植體支抗在口腔正畸治療中的應用價值分析

摘要：目的 探討微型種植體支抗在口腔正畸治療中的臨床應用價值。方法 選擇我院2012年1月～2014年1月的接受口腔正畸治療患者100例，其中對照組50例采用傳統的口腔正畸治療方法，觀察組50例采用微型種植體支抗治療方法，分析和比較兩種不同正畸方法的療效以及并發癥情況。結果 兩組患者經過治療后均出現了癥狀的明顯改善，其中觀察組的改善效果顯著優于對照組，并發癥發生情況顯著低于對照組，具有統計學意義。結論 微型種植體支抗在口腔正畸治療中可以有效穩固牙齒，降低并發癥發生率。

Application Value of Micro Implant Anchorage in Orthodontic Treatment

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of Micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods Choose 100 cases of orthodontic patients in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 as subjects.Among which，50 cases used the method of micro implant anchorage to cure and as observation group，while other 50 cases of patients used traditional method to cure.Compare and anlysis the cure effect of these two method and the adverse reaction.Results Both of the two groups improve significantly after curement，and the observation group's cure effects and the adverse reaction were significantly better than control group.Conclusion The application of micro implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment can cure the tooth effectly with lower rate of adverse reaction.

隨著人們對自身保健以及生活品質的追求不斷提高，越來越多牙齒位置不夠理想的人進行口腔正畸治療。目前，國內各醫院及牙科診所的正畸治療都已經十分普遍。而所謂的正畸治療主要是通過對口腔內牙齒進行位置的重新調整和固定，從而使牙齒達到較好的外觀。本文主要對比和分析了微型種植體支抗與普通傳統正畸治療法的正畸效果，現報道如下。

1資料與方法

1.1一般資料 選擇我院2012年1月～2014年1月接受口腔正畸治療的患者100例作為研究對象，其中男52例，女48例，平均年齡（24.36±5.05）歲。其中50例作為觀察組，男26例，女24例，平均年齡（23.87±5.11）歲，采用微型種植體支抗治療。另外50例患者作為對照組，男26例，女24例，平均年齡（24.51±4.97）歲，采用傳統的口腔正畸治療方法。所有研究對象均經過X線檢查及口腔醫生檢查后符合口腔正畸條件。……
