妊娠合并糖尿病的臨床護理

摘要：目的 分析個體化、人性化的綜合護理措施在妊娠糖尿病中的護理效果。方法 選取妊娠合并糖尿病患者85例，隨機分為兩組，觀察組應用人性化、個體化的綜合護理措施，對照組應用常規護理措施，統計兩組血糖控制情況及并發癥率，進行統計學分析。結果 觀察組血糖控制情況優于對照組，婦嬰并發癥發生率顯著低于對照組，且差異均具有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 采取個體化、人性化的綜合護理措施，可改善妊娠合并糖尿病患者的血糖控制情況，減少婦嬰妊娠并發癥，促進患者康復。

Experience of Nursing in Pregnancy Complicated with Diabetes

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of individualized and humanized comprehensive nursing measures in pregnancy complicated with diabetes.Methods 85 patients that was in pregnancy complicated with diabetes were selected.and they were randomly assigned to two groups. observation group were applicated of humanized， individualized anroutine nursing measures， the levels of blood glucoseand complications rate of the two groups were collected and take a statistically analyzed.Results The levels of blood glucose is better and maternal and infant complications incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group， and the difference is statistically significant （P < 0.05）.Conclusion Take the individualized and humanized comprehensive nursing measures can improve the blood glucose control， reduce infant and maternal pregnancy complications and promote the rehabilitation of patients.

妊娠合并糖尿病包含兩種情況：孕前即患有糖尿病或妊娠糖尿病（妊娠后出現的糖耐量損傷或糖尿病）。二者無論哪一種均屬于高危妊娠[1]，如治療護理不當，將給婦兒造成嚴重危害，甚至危及生命[2]。本研究選取我院產科收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者，通過采用不同的護理措施，探究更為有效優質的護理方式。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 納入2012年2月～2016年2月我科收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者共85例，隨機分為觀察組和對照組。觀察組41例，年齡（22±5.14）歲，平均孕周（34±2.28）w；對照組44例，年齡（24±3.57）歲，平均孕周（35±3.18）w。兩組患者除糖尿病外均無其他基礎疾病及妊娠器質性疾病。經統計學分析兩組年齡及孕周方面差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。

1.2方法 對照組予以常規護理。觀察組予以個體化、人性化的綜合護理措施，包括以下方面。
