參烏益腎片中芍藥苷的含量測定方法

摘要：目的 建立參烏益腎片中芍藥苷的含量測定方法。方法 采用水浴回流提取，HPLC測定法，用C18柱，以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液（15：85）為流動相，檢測波長：230nm。結果 用甲醇水浴回流30 min的方法提取參烏益腎片中芍藥苷，HPLC法測定芍藥苷含量，精密度的RSD%為0.2%，重復性RSD%為0.3%，加樣回收率為98.6%。結論 采用回流提取HPLC法測定參烏益腎片中芍藥苷方法可行。

參烏益腎片處方由制何首烏、菟絲子、太子參、麩炒蒼術、枸杞子、懷牛膝、澤蘭、赤芍、茯苓、澤瀉、車前子、熟大黃十二味藥材組成，具有補腎健脾，活血利濕的功效。用于改善慢性腎小球腎炎所致的慢性腎衰竭（代償期、失代償期和衰竭期）非透析患者氣陰兩虛兼濕濁證患者出現的惡心、嘔吐、食少納呆、口干咽燥、大便干結等。現行質量標準為國家食品藥品監督管理局標準YBZ00872010。為更好控制產品質量，對本品中赤芍進行含量測定方法的研究。參考目前同類制劑測定赤芍含量的方法[1-3]，本文采用高效液相法對參烏益腎片中芍藥苷含量進行研究。

1 資料與方法

1.1儀器與試藥

1.1.1儀器 高效液相色譜儀（Agilent 1100），水浴鍋，PerkinElmer Lambda 25型紫外可見分光光度計，C18色譜柱（250×4.6mm，Agilent），超聲波清洗器。

1.1.2試藥 參烏益腎片由江蘇康緣藥業股份有限公司制得，芍藥苷對照品購自中國藥品生物制品檢定所（批號：110736-201539）；乙腈為色譜純，水為自制超純水，磷酸、95%乙醇、甲醇、無水乙醇為分析純。
