風險管理在精神科護理中的臨床應用

摘要：目的 探討風險管理在精神科護理中的臨床應用。方法 通過制定并實施風險管理方法，將未開展風險管理的2014年護理工作相關質量與正式開展風險管理的2015年護理工作相關質量進行比較。結果 實施風險管理以來，護理質量評分及住院患者對護理工作滿意度均有明顯提高，各類護理不良事件發生例數及發生率均明顯下降，各項指標比較差異均具有統計學意義。結論 在精神科護理工作中開展風險管理，可顯著提高護理質量及患者滿意度，有效減少護理安全不良事件的發生。

Clinical Application of Risk Management in Psychiatric Nursing

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application of risk management in psychiatric nursing. Methods Through the development and implementation of risk management methods， will not carry out the risk management of the quality of nursing work in 2014 and the formal development of risk management in 2015 to compare the quality of nursing work. Results Since the implementation of the risk management and nursing quality score and hospitalized patients to nursing job satisfaction were significantly improved， all kinds of nursing adverse events occurred in the number of cases and the incidence rate decreased significantly， indicators to compare difference has statistical significance. Conclusion In the psychiatric nursing work to carry out risk management， can significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction， and effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing safety adverse events.

由于收治對象的特殊性，精神科護理在整個精神科的診療過程中占據著尤為重要的地位，其護理安全風險亦同樣成為大家日常工作中關注的焦點問題。護理風險管理是指對整個護理工作過程中存在的或潛在的護理風險事件進行相應預防、識別、評價，并進而尋求長期規范的處置對策和科學管理的措施[1]。及時發現和有效處置各種護理風險因素，是降低精神科護理不良安全事件發生的有效保障。現將風險管理在我院精神科臨床護理中的應用情況報道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1一般資料 我院現開放精神科床位800張，2014年收治住院患者3613人次，2015年收治住院患者3940人次。除護工外，醫院臨床一線現有護士271人，年齡20～47歲，平均（32±4.73）歲，大專以上文化者占比為96%。其中初級職稱者232人（85.6%）、中級職稱者32人（11.8%）、副高以上職稱者7人（2.6%）。

1.2方法 將未開展風險管理的2014年護理工作相關質量作為對照組，將正式開展風險管理的2015年護理工作相關質量作為觀察組，比較兩組護理工作相關質量。……
