玻璃酸鈉聯(lián)合氟米龍治療瞼板腺功能障礙引起的干眼60例

摘要：目的 研究氟米龍聯(lián)合玻璃酸鈉滴眼液在治療干眼病方面的效果。方法 選擇60例2015年2月～2016年2月在我院治療的干眼癥患者作為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)將其劃分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，兩組人數(shù)相等。單用0.1%玻璃酸鈉滴眼液對(duì)對(duì)照組進(jìn)行治療，對(duì)觀察組則另加用0.02%氟米龍滴眼液，連續(xù)使用2個(gè)月，并對(duì)治療后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)對(duì)比。結(jié)果 利用這類藥物對(duì)兩組患者進(jìn)行治療后，觀察組的療效較好，其治療有效率顯著高于對(duì)照組的，結(jié)果存在明顯的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論 玻璃酸鈉聯(lián)合氟米龍滴眼液可以有效的對(duì)干眼病進(jìn)行治療，聯(lián)合使用效果更好。

Induced by Sodium Hyaluronate Combined with Fluorometholone Treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Dry Eye in 60 Cases

Abstract：Objective Evaluate the sodium hyaluronate combined with fluorometholone in the treatment of 60 cases of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods Select 60 cases of dry eye patients from our hospital during November 2015 to February 2016，and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission，each group of 30 cases.Control group was used alone 0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops，and the observation group on the basis of control group combine with 0.02%fluorometholone eye drops.Both were used for 2 months.Observe and compare the effect of the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined fluorometholone eye drops in the treatment of dry eye effect is excellent，and better than the single use of sodium hyaluronate eye drops.

瞼板腺功能障礙（MGD）是一種常見的眼部疾病，其主要是因?yàn)椴€板腺異常導(dǎo)致的，外在表現(xiàn)特征為瞼板腺終末導(dǎo)管的阻塞，此外瞼板腺阻塞也很容易導(dǎo)致此種疾病。而MGD則很容易誘發(fā)干眼病，近年來干眼癥發(fā)病率在我國(guó)有不斷增加的趨勢(shì)。此種疾病很容易引起眼癢、干澀、燒灼、在嚴(yán)重情況下對(duì)視力會(huì)造成一定影響[1]。目前常用人工淚液類滴眼液來治療這種疾病，其中常用的滴眼液有玻璃酸鈉和氟米龍滴眼液，傳統(tǒng)治療時(shí)一般都是單用某一種滴眼液，由于二者的作用很類似，因而考慮到二者聯(lián)用[2]。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)利用0.1%玻璃酸鈉配合0.02%氟米龍滴眼液在治療干眼癥方面有良好的效果，相關(guān)具體情況如下。

1 資料與方法
