3 Suggestions

3.1 The functions of the government sector

Chinas relevant departments should give full play to the functions of government departments， strengthen the connection and communication between departments， do a good job of Indias anti-dumping early warning， timely to give necessary help to enterprises. To strengthen the research work of the Indian market， sums up the Indian anti-dumping case experience， familiar with the Indian anti-dumping law dynamic， guide enterprise production， avoid enterprise competition. At present， our country is basic industry association is established in all walks of life， but most of the industry association are lack of practical experience from anti-dumping processing.

Facing the situation of environmental cost has risen sharply in our country， Chinese should use experience of India， dedicated to the more lucrative European and American high-end export markets， rather than just focus on the low value-added， low-margin market， improve production technology， improve product quality， to enter the high-end market，.
