天然氣長輸管道的腐蝕與防護(hù)措施

【摘要】天然氣使用量的急劇增加，而管網(wǎng)設(shè)施是天然氣發(fā)展的基本條件之一，也是國家現(xiàn)代化的重要標(biāo)志，特別是城市燃?xì)夤芫W(wǎng)設(shè)施的建設(shè)，它是一個(gè)城市生存和發(fā)展的必要保障和國家重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

天然氣管道從天然氣供應(yīng)場所到其使用地方，經(jīng)過各種各樣復(fù)雜的地形，管道所處環(huán)境千變?nèi)f化，且天然氣中往往含有硫化氫、二氧化碳等酸性氣體，它們對(duì)天然氣管道造成腐蝕威脅，影響天然氣管道的平安運(yùn)行，因此天然氣管道在運(yùn)營中必須實(shí)施防腐蝕保護(hù)。

measures of natural gas pipeline

Abstract：The rapid increase of natural gas usage， and network facilities is one of the basic conditions of natural gas development. Also it is the important symbol of modernization of the country， especially the construction of city gas pipe network facilities. It is necessary to the survival and development of a city's security and the national important infrastructure.

Natural gas is transfered from supplier to each user by natural gas pipeline， after all sorts of complex terrain， pipeline environment， and natural gas often contains the acidic gas such as hydrogen sulfide， carbon dioxide. They can corrode gas pipeline， affect the safe operation of gas pipeline.So the natural gas pipeline corrosion protection must be carried out.

1、引言

隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)較快發(fā)展，改善能源結(jié)構(gòu)日趨迫切，加上環(huán)保要求和環(huán)保意識(shí)的增強(qiáng)，從而對(duì)天然氣的需求有較快增長，天然氣的地位、生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易隨之上升。國際能源署（IEA）發(fā)布年度中期天然氣市場報(bào)告預(yù)計(jì)，到2019年，我國天然氣需求將增至3150億立方米。今年官方預(yù)計(jì)到2020年天然氣年消耗4200億立方米。而天然氣的輸送主要由天然氣管道完成。各大長輸管網(wǎng)均承擔(dān)著保障國家能源供給安全戰(zhàn)略順利實(shí)施的重大責(zé)任和使命。

輸氣管網(wǎng)設(shè)施大力建設(shè)并迅速發(fā)展，成為了城市生存和發(fā)展的必要保障和國家重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。2007年已完成基本骨干管道（約4000km）的西氣東輸工程，配套建設(shè)支干線和區(qū)域性管道11000～17000km，形成基本覆蓋長江三角洲地區(qū)及華東、華北、中部地區(qū)的天然氣管網(wǎng)。預(yù)計(jì)到2020年，中國天然氣管道將達(dá)15萬公里，年均增長超過1萬公里。……
