香港富臨閣重建項目以融合新辦公樓與周邊環(huán)境的整體性設(shè)計,激活整個交易廣場綜合發(fā)展項目。這棟小巧精致的全新辦公樓從視覺和空間雙重打開地塊,并利用石質(zhì)地臺、特色水景和綠植的巧妙連接,打造重要城市公共空間。
大樓的設(shè)計靈感源自珍貴寶石。建筑的完美立方體急劇斜傾,為廣場開拓出一座大型入口。傾斜平面的幾何形狀與建筑典雅的鉆石切割立面和諧相融。作為中環(huán)核心區(qū)的甲級寫字樓,內(nèi)部 2.9 米樓層凈高的無柱辦公空間,以及通過各個立面的充足自然采光設(shè)計,都為用戶量身打造定制化的絕佳環(huán)境。
The Forum redevelopment is a holistic design which integrates the new ofce building with its surrounding, revitalising the entire Exchange Square development. The compact and exquisitely detailed new building opens up the site visually and physically, creating a signifcant public space designed as a series of stone platforms linked with water features and planting.
The design is inspired by precious gems. The perfect cube of the building is dramatically tilted to create a grand entrance from the plaza. The geometry of the tilted plane is resolved into the elegant diamond cut fa?ade of the building. As a Grade-A office in the heart of the Central district, the column-free ofce interior with its 2.9 metres of foor-to-ceiling space evokes a tailor-made environment with ample natural daylight from all elevations.
