參加第三屆中俄青年論壇的中國(guó)代表團(tuán)應(yīng)俄方邀請(qǐng)走進(jìn)列寧的故鄉(xiāng)

從薩馬拉州進(jìn)入烏里揚(yáng)諾夫州地界，當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣裼妹姘望}隆重歡迎中國(guó)代表團(tuán)。

穿著民族盛裝的姑娘雙手捧著托盤(pán)，上面鋪著繡花的白色面巾，里面放著大圓面包和一小包鹽。當(dāng)中國(guó)代表團(tuán)進(jìn)入烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市，俄羅斯人民用大列巴（俄式面包）和鹽向客人表示了最高的敬意和最熱烈的歡迎。

當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間6月20日，參加第三屆中俄青年論壇的中國(guó)代表團(tuán)163名成員應(yīng)俄方邀請(qǐng)，乘車(chē)來(lái)到距離薩馬拉論壇營(yíng)地140公里的烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市，這里是著名的馬克思主義者、革命家、政治家列寧的故鄉(xiāng)。1870年4月22日，弗拉基米爾·伊里奇·烏里揚(yáng)諾夫出生于沙皇俄國(guó)伏爾加河畔的辛比爾斯克（1924年為紀(jì)念列寧該市更名為“烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市”），列寧是他參加革命后的筆名。

孩子們沐浴著陽(yáng)光在噴泉池邊嬉水玩鬧，國(guó)旗迎著伏爾加河上吹來(lái)的清風(fēng)招展，老式電車(chē)依循古舊的軌道從街上駛過(guò)……烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市列寧紀(jì)念館前的廣場(chǎng)，市民和游客在這里享受幸福當(dāng)下、緬懷革命先驅(qū)。

位于烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市的列寧紀(jì)念館用栩栩如生的實(shí)物、圖片、說(shuō)明和場(chǎng)景再現(xiàn)等，系統(tǒng)翔實(shí)地展現(xiàn)了列寧生平及其領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的社會(huì)主義革命和建設(shè)事業(yè)的光輝歷程。中國(guó)代表團(tuán)團(tuán)長(zhǎng)、重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦處長(zhǎng)范青向青年們介紹，列寧及其開(kāi)創(chuàng)的事業(yè)給20世紀(jì)初期災(zāi)難深重的中國(guó)帶來(lái)了希望，為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下的中國(guó)人民解放事業(yè)和社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)提供了方向、目標(biāo)和強(qiáng)大的精神動(dòng)力。

中國(guó)青年代表團(tuán)成員、共青團(tuán)重慶市委青年干部江洋表示，參觀列寧紀(jì)念館幫助中國(guó)青年了解和銘記中俄共同抗擊法西斯侵略的輝煌歷史，更加堅(jiān)定了我們熱愛(ài)祖國(guó)、維護(hù)和平、反對(duì)侵略的理想信念，我們要積極投身到中俄友好和維護(hù)世界和平的事業(yè)中來(lái)。

紀(jì)念館指南、中文網(wǎng)站，以及中文語(yǔ)音導(dǎo)游和展品標(biāo)牌，讓中國(guó)游客更好地了解相關(guān)展品和歷史背景。據(jù)紀(jì)念館負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，在當(dāng)?shù)馗咝５闹袊?guó)留學(xué)生為紀(jì)念館的翻譯工作提供了幫助。當(dāng)天，參觀列寧紀(jì)念館的中國(guó)代表團(tuán)全體成員瞻仰了列寧塑像并敬獻(xiàn)了花籃。

烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市是烏里揚(yáng)諾夫州首府所在地，該州也是俄羅斯伏爾加河沿岸聯(lián)邦區(qū)下轄的14個(gè)聯(lián)邦主體之一。如今，列寧博物館和列寧故居等是烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市乃至該州對(duì)外交往的名片，也是當(dāng)?shù)芈糜钨Y源的重要組成部分，每天都有世界各地的游客前來(lái)參觀。

夏季的烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克滿(mǎn)目綠色，寬闊的伏爾加河將城市一分為二。市內(nèi)建筑基本保留前蘇聯(lián)時(shí)期的風(fēng)格，雖然算不上繁華，但這座城市讓人感到幽靜、質(zhì)樸。晚上，烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克市舉辦了一場(chǎng)中俄友誼之夜文藝演出，熱情的烏里揚(yáng)諾夫斯克青少年用精彩的俄羅斯歌舞，迎接遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)的中國(guó)客人。俄方青少年邀請(qǐng)中國(guó)青年代表一起跳起俄羅斯傳統(tǒng)歌舞，歡樂(lè)的氣氛感染著在場(chǎng)的每一個(gè)人。

Volga River is wooded and cool in early summer. More than 150 young representatives from Anhui, Jiangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Sichuan provinces and Chongqing city gathered in Samara Russia to participate the 3rd Youth Forum between China’s Middle and Upper Yangtze River Region and Russia’s Volga River Federation (abbreviated as 3rd Youth Forum below).

The 3rd Youth Forum has obtained strong support from Chinese Foreign Ministry, Office of Russian President’s Representative stationed in Volga River Federation. The 2014 session was held in Samara City, Samara State in Russia, the 2015 session

was held in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, and this forum came back to Samara again in 2016. Chinese Foreign Ministry has entrusted Chongqing Foreign Affairs Offi ce to hold the 3rd Youth Forum and invited Chinese representatives to participate.

The 3rd Youth Forum’s banquet of opening was launched at 6 pm 16th June at local time in Samara City. In Vice Representative of Russian President Zolotarev’s speech, he indicated that the Youth Forum has enhanced the friendship and cultural exchanges between China and Russia, and it is also an important platform for both countries, Russia would like to help boost the Youth Forum’sdevelopment.

Fan Qing, the Section Chief of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce, gave a speech on behalf of the Chinese delegation and indicated that the Youth Forum is an important brand for both cultural and educational exchanges. She stated that youth symbolize the future and every participant would make efforts to promote Yangtze River and Volga River area’s development.

The 3rd Youth Forum lasted for 10 days. It launched 234class hours, invited 48 professional experts for lectures, held more than 10 projects, and 5 programs respectively for participants, leaders, interpreters and volunteers. If we say the Youth Forum was at the starting point of exploration three years ago, it has become a platform for friendly exchange among the young people of the two countries today.

Su Fangqiu, the Minister of Chinese Embassy in Russia has come to China-Russia Youth Forum camp and attended the closing ceremony of 3rd China-Russia Youth Forum together with Babbidge, the Representative of Russian President to the Volga River Federation, the governor of Samara State and representative of Russian youth work department.

Su indicated that there have been frequent visits between Chinese and Russian leaders. The good relationship built by the Youth Forum serves as the foundation for the friendship of the two peoples in the future.

“You will depart tomorrow, I could feel the sincere friendship between Chinese and Russian participants, prepare your gifts, embraces, and tears. Get ready for your farewell to Russian friends.”Minister Su met the Chinese and Russian youth representatives, had open discussion, and heard their experiences in forum.

Fan has shown her sincere appreciation for strongly support from Chinese Foreign Minstry and Chinese Embassy in Russia. She also showed appreciation to the warm, thoughtful and caring arrangement by Mr. Babbidge, Governor of Sarama Province and all the Russian cadres and friends.

The young representatives from Chinese Delegation gained meaningful experience and they were really into the camp’s life. They promoted understanding and enhanced relationship by communication. Members of Chongqing Youth Delegation has taken active part in variety of activities and showed Chongqing youth’s solidarity, cooperation, selfmotivation, and outstanding spirits, which also expressed the special fascination of Bayu culture that won reputation from both Chinese and Russian youths.

The Youth Forum filled with energy and achieved great outcomes. Not only making good friends, but also gaining academic honors. As sincere friendship has been developed by Chinese and Russian youths, they are achieving the same goal: “Our future starts together!”
