川渝兩省市簽署“1+10”系列合作協議 合作再上新臺階

6月13日，四川省黨政代表團來渝考察。重慶市委書記孫政才，市委副書記、市長黃奇帆與四川省委書記王東明，省委副書記、省長尹力率領的四川省黨政代表團座談交流，共商進一步深化川渝務實合作大計。在渝期間，四川省黨政代表團一行先后前往長安汽車工程研究總院、兩江新區規劃展覽館、兩江新區互聯網產業園、豬八戒網絡有限公司考察，詳細了解了重慶融入“一帶一路”建設和長江經濟帶發展、深化拓展五大功能區域發展戰略、內陸開放高地建設、國資國企改革、互聯網產業發展等情況，對重慶經濟社會蓬勃發展的態勢表示贊賞。

黃奇帆會見卡塔爾客人

5月30日，市長黃奇帆會見了卡塔爾投資局首席執行官謝赫·阿卜杜拉·阿勒薩尼、卡塔爾駐華大使蘇爾坦·曼蘇里一行，雙方就加強合作進行了交流。黃奇帆表示，卡塔爾是“一帶一路”沿線的重要國家，重慶愿與卡塔爾在金融、航空、物流等領域攜手合作，深化友誼。

重慶市政府與中國交建簽署海外戰略合作框架協議

5月10日，重慶市政府與中國交通建設股份有限公司簽署海外戰略合作框架協議，攜手深耕海外市場。雙方將共同開發建設境外經貿合作園區，構建與“一帶一路”沿線國家（地區）的貿易新通道，探索交通設施建設與貿易物流合作，共享海外渠道和資源，為重慶企業“走出去”提供面向全球的投資咨詢服務。

中新示范項目入駐保稅港區空港國際商貿物流園

5月10日，兩路寸灘保稅港區消息，隨著中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目推進，總投資3億元的新加坡豐樹（重慶）保稅港物流平臺項目已入駐保稅港區空港國際商貿物流園，這也是該物流園吸引的第二個中新示范項目。2019年，保稅港區空港國際商貿物流園將全面建成投運，實現年產值90億元，成為輻射重慶乃至全國的現代物流集散基地。

重慶—新加坡國際數據通道有望明年開通

5月16日，重慶聯通公司消息，該公司正致力于打造重慶—新加坡的國際數據通道，助力重慶成為全國領先的互聯網經濟高地。最快明年年初，重慶—新加坡首期1G帶寬的國際數據通道就將正式開通。此后，還會根據市場需求，覆蓋“一帶一路”沿線多個國家。

重慶錢寶已進入39個國家 堪稱亞洲最大規模結算機構

由重慶市政府、億贊普集團和招商局集團合資組建的全球結算機構—重慶錢寶區域清算環網絡已進入39個國家，堪稱亞洲最大規模結算機構。按照計劃，錢寶將在未來3年內進入120個國家和地區，形成覆蓋中東、歐洲、非洲、南亞和拉美的五大區域清算環。

重慶本土跨境電商將斥資20億元在解放碑建“韓國城”

重慶本土跨境電商光彩國際將斥資20億元在解放碑建設“韓國城”，預計明年上半年投入運營。5月22日，光彩國際與韓國上市公司CL國際簽署戰略合作協議，將引進韓國的美容院、娛樂中心、百貨、服飾化妝等企業，建成“線上+線下”電商平臺和實體店聯動模式的純韓式購物中心。

首屆重慶通用航空投融資論壇舉行

5月26日至28日，首屆重慶通用航空投融資論壇在渝舉辦，同時為期三天的“通用航空+高端生活”展在觀音橋開展。重慶通航集團現場展出重慶造恩斯特龍280FX、480B兩款機型。阿斯頓馬丁、邁凱倫、奔馳房車等豪車品牌和哈雷摩托等高檔機車品牌參加了該次展覽，多品牌跨界展出初步構建起“通航+”高端生活模式。

涪陵工業園區被確定為長江經濟帶國家級轉型升級示范開發區

6月2日，國家發改委網站發布《國家發展改革委關于建設長江經濟帶國家級轉型升級示范開發區的通知》，同意將涪陵工業園區等33個開發區確定為長江經濟帶國家級轉型升級示范開發區。

江北機場已開通國際（地區）全貨運航線20余條

6月3日，由南方航空公司執飛的重慶—法蘭克福貨運航班正式開通，這是今年來重慶直飛法蘭克福國際貨運航線的第二次加密。截至目前，重慶江北機場開通的國際（地區）全貨運航線已經超過20條。東航站區建成投用后，這一數據還將進一步增長。

全球汽車行業大咖來渝共論行業新趨勢

6月6日，為期兩天的2016（第七屆）全球汽車論壇在重慶悅來國際會議中心拉開帷幕，來自海內外950余名汽車行業嘉賓聚集重慶，共論汽車行業新趨勢。“智能駕駛”“新能源汽車”“分時租賃”等成為此次論壇上嘉賓頻頻提及的熱詞，這些熱詞也將成為構建未來汽車行業新格局的新支點。

首趟中歐鐵路渝新歐平行進口車專列抵達重慶

未來，重慶市民購買國外高檔汽車價格將更便宜，運輸、維修、保養也將更方便。6月13日，首趟中歐鐵路渝新歐班列平行進口汽車整車專列抵達重慶西永團結村鐵路集裝箱中心站。這意味著中歐班列首趟平行進口整車專列開行成功。為后期“渝新歐”實現常態化運輸平行進口汽車奠定了基礎。全程耗時2周左右，比傳統海運節約30多天，且無需轉運。

重慶至東盟公路班車東線復線開通

6月13日晚，重慶至東盟公路班車的又一條新線路—東線復線首趟班車正式發車。由于此線路采取陸海聯運方式，因此，相比純陸路運輸，成本可節約1.7萬元/趟/車。這讓我市通往越南的貨物運輸又多了一個新的選擇。

西港全球購荷蘭“海外倉”正式啟用

6月14日，重慶對外經貿集團消息，本土規模最大的跨境電商平臺“西港全球購”荷蘭“海外倉”正式啟用，開啟本土跨境電商海外直郵模式。接下來，重慶對外經貿集團將陸續在澳大利亞、美國等地布局“海外倉”，同時，大力發展跨境B2B出口，帶動重慶企業直接融入海外營銷渠道，推動更多“重慶造”產品走向國際市場。

Party and government delegation from Sichuan Province visited Chongqing on June 13th. Chongqing Party Secretary Sun Zhengcai, Deputy Party Secretary, Mayor Huang Qifan had a meeting and exchange of views on furthering pragmatic cooperation between the two sides with the delegation headed by Sichuan Provincial Party Secretary Wang Dongming, and deputy secretary, provincial governor Yin Li. During the stay in Chongqing, the delegation visited Chang’an Automobile Engineering Research Institute, Liangjiang New District Planning Exhibition Hall, Liangjiang New District Internet Industrial Park, and zbj.com Ltd. Huang Qifan Meets Guests from Qatar

Mayor Huang Qifan met the CEO of Qatar Investment Authority, Sheikh Abdullah Saud Al Thani and Qatar’s ambassador to China, Sultan Mansouri on May, 30th. The two sides exchanged views on strengthening cooperation. Chongqing Municipal Government Signs OSCFA with China Communications Construction Company

Chongqing municipal government signed the Overseas Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement (OSCFA) with China Communications Construction Company on May 10thto further together overseas market. The two sides will direct joint effort to the development of foreign economic and trade cooperation zone, and to the construction of new trade channels linking to countries and regions along the B&R Initiative as well as the construction of transportation facilities and cooperation in trade logistics to share overseas channels and resources and provide globallyoriented investment advisory services for Chongqing enterprises “going global”.

China-Singapore Demonstration Project Enters Bonded Port Area—Chongqing Airport International Trade Logistic Park

According to news from Lianglu Cuntan Free Trade Port Area, the Chongqing-Singapore Bonded Port Logistic Platform with a total investment of 0.3 billion yuan by Singapore Mapletree Group entered the Chongqing Airport International Logistic Park on May 10th. And this marks the second China-Singapore demonstration project invited in the park.

Chongqing-Singapore International Data Channel Expected for Operation Next Year

According to report on Chongqing Unicom Company on May 16th, the company is now dedicated to building an international data channel between Chongqing and Singapore, boosting Chongqing to become one of the leading cyber economy highlands. If possible, the initial Chongqing-Singapore Data Channel with 1 gigabyte bandwidth will be open officially early next year at the soonest. Chongqing-Frankfurt cargo flight flied by China South Airlines was offi cially opened on June 3rd, which marks the second round of non-stop cargo air route intensification from Chongqing to Frankfurt.
