不同種源流蘇幼苗的耐熱性評價1)

以山東青州、山西運城和河南安陽3個種源地的流蘇1年生實生苗為試材,比較不同種源流蘇幼苗的耐熱能力,設置25、30、35、40 ℃等溫度梯度各脅迫10 d,測定熱害指數、葉片含水量、游離脯氨酸質量分數、丙二醛質量摩爾濃度、超氧化物歧化酶活性等指標。結果表明:隨著溫度升高,3個種源流蘇幼苗的熱害指數、游離脯氨酸質量分數、丙二醛質量摩爾濃度和超氧化物歧化酶活性增加,葉片含水量減少,丙二醛質量摩爾濃度和超氧化物歧化酶活性在40 ℃脅迫后下降。河南種源的流蘇幼苗經過40 ℃脅迫后熱害指數最小,游離脯氨酸質量分數、葉片含水量和丙二醛質量摩爾濃度變化幅度最小,超氧化物歧化酶活性在不同溫度脅迫中均高于山東和山西種源。應用Fuzzy方法,對不同種源高溫脅迫過程中的生理生化指標進行綜合評價,得到不同種源流蘇幼苗耐高溫能力從大到小依次為河南種源、山西種源、山東種源。

In order to study the heat resistance of differentChionanthusretususprovenances, with 1-year potted oldC.retususseedlings of Qingzhou Shandong, Yuncheng Shanxi and Anyang Henan in 25, 30, 35 and 40 ℃ stress for 10 d, we observed the changes of heat injury index, leaf water content, free proline content, malondialdehyde content (MDA) and superoxide dismutas activity (SOD) after high temperature stress, respectively. During the development of heat stress, heat injury index, free proline content, MDA and SOD were enhanced, and leaf water content was decreased in the three provenances. The MDA content and activities of SOD were increased at the beginning of stress conditions but decreased at the end of the heat stress. Compared with Shanxi and Shandong provenances, Henan provenances had the ability to maintain physiological and biochemical indexes, changed smoothly, and had greater activities of SOD. Using fuzzy synthetic evaluation of physiological and biochemical indexes, the level of heat tolerance among the three provenances was decreased in the descending order of Henan provenance, Shanxi provenance, and Shandong provenance.
流蘇(Chionanthusretusus)是木犀科流蘇樹屬(Chionanthus),落葉灌木或喬木,廣泛分布于我國黃河中下游及其以南地區,是國家二級保護植物[1]。流蘇樹形高大優美,枝葉茂盛,初夏時滿樹白花,如覆霜蓋雪,清麗宜人,是優良的園林觀賞樹種[2]。它生長速度較慢,壽命長,抗性較強,是優良的鹽堿地和工礦區綠化樹種[3]。同時,該植物具有較高的藥用價值和經濟價值[4-6]。……
