熱磨法木片斷裂力學模型及磨片參量的影響因素1)

將熱磨機磨片把木片原料研磨為纖維的過程轉化為木片斷裂的形式,運用斷裂力學理論對其研究。當磨片研磨木片時,木片的破壞簡化為Ⅱ-Ⅲ復合型(滑開型+撕開型)裂紋的擴展問題,建立木片斷裂過程的力平衡方程,研究木片斷裂力學模型,分析纖維研磨過程中磨片施力方式與木片原料研磨之間的關系;運用含斜裂縫有限板裂縫尖端的應力強度因子計算公式,推導熱磨法木片斷裂的斷裂判據,并對磨片參量影響的因素進行分析,為磨片的設計提供理論依據。

We studied chips fracture converted from the process that defibrator dissociated fiber from chips raw material by using fracture mechanics. Chips damage in the effect of defibrator was seen as (Ⅱ-Ⅲ) the extended problem of mixed mode (slide open type+tear type) crack, by which the force balance equation was established in the process of the fracture of chips raw material to study chips fracture mechanics model, and express the relationship between abrasive disc forces and chips raw materials dissociating in the process of fiber grinding. Using calculation formula of stress intensity factor including diagonal crack and limited board crack tip, the fracture criterion chip broken by hot mill grinding was deduced, and correlation analysis for factors of grinding was got.
在二十世紀,中密度纖維板問世,隨后取得了迅速的發展。纖維是中密度纖維板的質量基礎,研磨纖維的過程是纖維板制造的重要工序之一。熱磨機研磨木片的過程為蒸汽軟化后的木片送入研磨室磨盤,使木片受到壓縮、拉伸、剪切、扭轉、沖擊、摩擦和水解等多次重復的外力作用,最終導致纖維分離,在磨盤中纖維所受的壓潰、剪切、扭轉和拉伸等不是獨立進行的,而是綜合與交替進行的,在熱磨法纖維分離機理中,木片原料的斷裂與解離是其核心實質。磨片是熱磨機進行研磨分離的關鍵部件,直接參與研磨工作[1]。磨片的結構參數設計是否合理,將會直接影響纖維形態質量、熱磨機的能量耗散和磨片的平均使用壽命。……
