霧化吸入治療哮喘的應用與臨床護理要點研究

目的研究哮喘患者霧化吸入治療的應用與臨床護理要點，提高患者治療率和護理效果。方法分別回顧調查醫院內2014年10月～2017年2月收治的80例哮喘患者，將患者隨機分為對照組和實驗組，對照組采取常規治療，實驗組在對照組的基礎上進行布地奈德混懸液聯合沙丁胺醇溶液的霧化吸收治療，同時采取相應的護理措施。結果實驗組患者經霧化吸入和臨床護理治療后，治療療效明顯高于對照組。結論哮喘患者在基礎治療的基礎上進行布地奈德混懸液聯合沙丁胺醇溶液的霧化吸收治療，同時采取相應的護理措施，可以顯著提高治療效果。

哮喘急性發作期，患者會出現呼吸困難等表現，嚴重者可以危急生命，而霧化可以直接作用于病變部位，能夠迅速緩解患者痛苦。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

分別回顧調查醫院內2014年10月～2017年2月收治的80例哮喘患者，其中37例是女性患者，43例是男性患者。年齡最大的患者為30歲，年齡最小的患者為1歲。

1.2 方法

將80例哮喘患者隨機分為對照組和實驗組，對照組采取常規治療，實驗組在對照組的基礎上進行布地奈德混懸液聯合沙丁胺醇溶液的霧化吸收治療，同時采取相應的護理措施。 對于哮喘的患者，需要確保其呼吸道暢通，倘若患者痰液比較粘稠，此時需要進行吸痰后才可以進行霧化。 患者在進行霧化的過程中，需要采用坐位等舒適的體位，醫護人員還需要提高對患者進行霧化方式指導。醫護人員需要根據患者的病情制定霧化計劃，包括霧化時間、霧化量等等，一般在患者進食之前進行霧化，霧化后需要及時給患者吸出痰液。霧化藥物聯合使用時，需要提前將兩種藥物混勻。

2 結 果

對照組哮喘患者治療無效者有5例，治療效果顯著的患者有35例，治療有效率為87.5%。實驗組治療效果顯著的患者有40例，治療有效率為100%。

3 討 論

霧化治療患者哮喘，具有并發癥發生率低、作用速度快、藥物量少、直接作用于病變部位等等優勢，一般使用藥物為布地奈德混懸液和沙丁胺醇溶液。經過霧化，不僅可以使患者快速緩解病情，減輕患者痛苦和呼吸困難的癥狀，同時經過稀釋痰液等多種護理方法，可以降低不良反應發生率，提高患者的治療依從性。
