The different views on equality in legal person’s capacity for rights result from the different understandings of the essence of capacity for rights and its double attributes. The civil subject capacity for rights has both ethical and legal technical attributes, not only succeeds the personality equality concept of natural law, but also explains the abstract personality. The capacity for rights is the result of civil subject expanding. The principle of equality in legal person’s capacity for rights applies not only to natural persons but also to legal persons. To recognize the equality in legal person’s capacity for rights is the premise of understanding legal person’s enjoyment of specific rights differences. In order to expand the autonomy road for profit legal persons, the legal person’s purpose limitation should be relaxed based on the equal legal standing.

Based on the panel data of 28 manufacturing industries from 2003 to 2010, by considering the innovation lag and the two stages of generation and transformation, this paper estimates the innovation efficiency of two stages, and analyzes the influence of labor cost on innovation technical efficiency with the stochastic frontier C-D production function. The results show that: 1. The current manufacturing industry’s overall technological innovation efficiency has obvious phase and time delay. There exists certain deviation between R&D actual output and optimal output in most industries. The efficiency loss is 24% in generation phase, and in transformation stage is about 14%. In addition, the efficiency of the generation phase is generally lower than that of the conversion stage, which constitutes the bottleneck of the overall efficiency. 2. The rising labor cost has positive promoting effect on manufacturing technology innovation efficiency generally. The effect mainly reflects in the generation phase, but not obvious in transformation stage. And the role of this factor is affected by time delay. 3. Compared with the capital and technology intensive industries, the labor cost in labor-intensive industries has more influence on innovation efficiency. For specific industries, there are obvious differences among technical efficiency levels of two stages in different industries. The uneven development issues are prominent.

The ecological civilization education is a new education concept, developing and referencing from ecology and paying attention to the relationship between individual and surrounding environment. It can make the educated naturally develop the consciousnesses of respecting and loving lives, under the premise of understanding ecological environment, ecological system and biological growth mechanism. The college ecological civilization education in China still lacks the complete system framework. From the point of education method, ecological civilization theory education, ecological education practice education, and emerging media education is the basic content of building method system. The construction not only highlights the era characteristics and reflects the Chinese characteristics, but also conforms to the contemporary college students’ cognitive regularity and psychological state.

Based on an analysis of use cases of three Chinese words “Shangxia, Qianhou and Zuoyou” in Beijing Language University HSK Dynamic Composition corpus, this paper summarizes three types of errors in foreign students’ acquisition of the usage of Shangxia, Qianhou, Zuoyou: mal-addition, mix-use, mal-position. Then it explores three causes: the limited knowledge about vague language expressions, the unclearness of the modified objects, and discrepancies of the usage. Finally, three strategies concerning the teaching are put forward: the combination of specific and systemic teaching, the decomposition of learning difficulties, and the combination of visual illustration and cognitive guidance.
