Electrical Submersible Pump Drainage Gas Recovery of PID Control Technology Research

Abstract:Considering the problem of under load or gas lock in the application of Electrical submersible pump,it is easy to cause the electrical submersible pump working discontinuously.Downhole pressure sensor with ground Variable-frequency Drive is adopted to form a closed-loop PID control system.During the Electrical submersible pump working,based on the dynamic liquid level height,variable speed drive running frequency was controlled continuously and the dynamic control of the pump emissions was realized,and then the down hole production pressure was remained at a certain level to find the best working point automatically.It will be favor of enhancing productivity.The practice shows that this control method can reduce the ESP start-stop frequency and save power energy,extend the working life and improve the stability of drainage gas.

Energy Saving Management Experiment of Three-node for Pumping Units

Abstract:In order to improve energy saving effect,energy saving field practice of mechanical production is carried out with three nods of oil well balance rate,belt and packing.According to torque decreasing trend,it is determined that reasonable packing maintenance cycle is 6 days and reasonable torque value is 40~70 Nm.For low energy consumption of pumping units,reasonable belt press of six-type machine should be 8~12 kgf and that of ten-type machine should be 22~25 kgf. Using the power test instrument instead of the ammeter to guide balance adjustment,eliminate negative power of the motor and reduce energy consumption.By eliminating negative power to adjusting balance,loosing and tensing constant pressure to adjust the belt and quantifying torque to adjust packing,for well number of 800,the accumulative total of electricity amount is 53.4×104kWh and its economic benefit is 320 000 yuan.

Experimental Study on the Oily Sludge Dewatering Treatment Technology

Abstract:With the scale of three oil production and the continuous expansion of the scale of polymer flooding,Sanan Oilfield oily sludge containing high amount of poly,viscosity and other phenomena,resulting in increasing the difficulty of treatment of oily sludge.At present,in Sanan Oilfield oil transfer station in a pilot study of filter-pressing and flushing process improvement,by comparing with other experimental research and processing technology analysis,the oil sludge dewatering technology is more suitable for treatment of polymer containing high amount of oily sludge,high viscosity,and after washing process supernatant treated by improved as the source of the flushing water during operation not only save water 5985 m3,save a 0.4 m3water tank workload,reduce project cost,but also reduce the load on subsequent washing water treatment.

Promoting the Utilization of Sewage Waste Heat in the Oilfield with BOO Management Mode

Abstract:Most sewage waste heat in the oilfield is not fully used before sewage reinjection or discharge,which results in the waste of waste heat resource and the deficiency of funds and technologies for energy saving and emission in oilfield enterprises.Aiming at above problems,BOO management mode is proposed,namely,the project is invested,constructed and operated by technical service providers,the oilfield spends money to buy heat and then the development and utilization the sewage waste heat in the oilfield can be solved.Working ideas,BOO management mode,working principle of heating heat-pump crude oil and project application conditions of"BOO mode" that used in development of sewage waste heat utilization project are introduced.Practice proves that the management mode is innovative,workable and effective,and has good promotion and application value for the waste heat utilization of oilfield sewage.

Application Process of Deoxygenation Technology for Boiler Water Supply in Petroleum and Petrochemical Industry

Abstract:The boiler is key equipment in production process of petroleum and petrochemical industry.Oxygen corrosion will affect thermal efficiency and long-period safe operation of the boiler. Deoxygenation is a key link of boiler water supply treatment process.From aspects of technology principle,characteristics and application effect,technology of deoxygenation for boiler water sup-ply in petroleum and petrochemical industry is analyzed,and membrane separation deoxygenation technology,which is the latest research development of deoxygenation technology at present,is emphatically introduced.Meanwhile,in order to improve understanding of new technologies and provide reference for enterprises to choose boiler deoxygenation technology,membrane separation deoxygenation technology is compared with thermal deoxygenation technology from energy consumption,operation cost and investment.

Feasibility Research on Utilization Rate of Pumping Unit Load

Abstract:In order to carry out energy consumption potential tapping work of the mechanical production system,influencing factors of energy consumption in the system are needed to be analyzed first,and then it is known that low utilization rate of the pumping unit load and high energy consumption of mechanical production are main causes that affect economic benefits of the oilfield. The relationship of Utilization rate and service life of the pumping unit is inverse all the time,so within which range pumping unit load utilization rate can achieve their balance is studies emphatically here.With reliability calculation of pumping unit components theoretically,rational range of utilization rate for the pumping unit can be got.And through practical application of lowering types,it is confirmed that while improving load utilization rate,energy saving,consumption reducing,and pumping unit utilization efficiency increasing can be realized at the same time.

The Evaluation on Energy-Saving Performance of Rotating Vortex Heating Furnace

Abstract:The heating furnace is one of the important equipment and the main energy consumption equipment widely used in the production of oil and gas field.How to cut the cost and increase the profit is the key under the test of low oil prices.We designed a new kind of rotating vortex heating furnace by optimizing the furnace structure,the standard configuration and the operation management.This furnace is innovated to be a direct heating furnace based on the water jacket furnace, it not only retained the advantages of the tubular furnace,but also no coking,no scaling and no corroding,the weight and volume is only half of the water jacket furnace,it improved the efficiency of the heating furnace and has very important significance to realize saving energy and reducing consumption.

Optimization and Energy Saving of Eccentric Wear Well in Longhupao Oilfield

Abstract:The operation scale of eccentric wear well increased year by year in Longhupao Oilfield,from 15.5%to 26.7%,becoming the main cause of Oil-well pump maintenance.Side attrition of pumping rods and tubes is the unavoidable problem in the process of sucker rod pump oil production,mainly caused by such aspects as casing deformation,well deviation,sucker rod bending, tubing peristalsis and water cut rising.In order to define the main factors of eccentric wear,the sensitivity factors which lead to side attrition of pumping rods and tubes were analyzed through theoretical calculation and field situation.The results show that the oversize pump diameter,high stroke times,rising of water cut,big centralizer spacing and unreasonable matching of rod diameter lead eccentric wear seriously.On the basis of the theoretical calculation and statistical results,the system optimization and comprehensive prevention in allusion to side attrition of pumping rods and tubes were conducted.The operation well times was reduced from 31 times to 14 times a year,the partial grinding operation ratio was decreased from 26.7%to 26.7%,and the energy consumption of eccentric wear well was dropped to 123 kWh from 150 kWh.

Influence of Wellhead Return Pressure on Energy Consumption and Pump Efficiency

Abstract:As the simplified design of ground pipeline process and application of ring-type and tree-type flow,the return pressure of production wells is rising because of increased crude oil viscosity and thinner pipeline diameter,and the average return pressure of mechanical production wells increases from 0.3 MPa to 0.7~0.9 MPa.It is found in actual production that return pressure has a big effect on energy consumption and liquid production capacity of oil Wells.After return pressure increasing,energy consumption increases and liquid production capacity decreases obviously for the single well.Therefore,in order to ensure reasonable operation and low energy consumption of the pumping unit system,the wellhead return pressure should be controlled below 0. 7MPa.Through theoretical and field experimental study,reasonable limits of wellhead return pressure of mechanical production wells are determined,which has important meaning for decreasing return pressure reasonably,decreasing production energy consumption and increasing production for oil well.

Analysis of Energy Conservation Measures for Water Injection System in North Xingshugang Oilfield

Abstract:Influenced by the amount change of development water,water injection system in North Xingshugang Oilfield have problems such as rated operation pressure of the water injection pump is higher than pressure demands of water injection wells and the water supply ability of the pump cannot dynamically match demand for water in real time,which lead to supply and demand unbalance of pressure and water amount in water injection system and make energy consumption of the system relatively high.Aiming at above problems,measures such as optimization of ductwork in water injection system,depressurization and single-point speed regulation technology updating are taken,which reduce water unit consumption of the pump from 6.02 kWh/m3(in the initial period of the 12th Five-Year Plan)to 5.70 kWh/m3(at present)and realize efficiency improvement and consumption reduction of the water injection system.Meanwhile,some recognitions and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for operation optimization and adjustment of water injection system in the future.

Analysis on Energy Consumption Quota in Oil Production

Abstract:Liaohe Oilfield is the biggest production base of heavy oil and high pour point oil in China.It is the unique oil and gas production enterprise in Liaoning Province,and energy load in oil production process is heavy,which leads to big energy consumption.Therefore,one-hundred-meter power consumption with one-ton crude oil liquid in crude oil(liquid)production is seen as energy consumption quota index,and then limited valve,access value and advanced value are regulated.However,the limited value and energy-saving evaluation value with index of mechanical oil production efficiency are regulated by relevant standards.Through analyzing the relation between two indexes,index interchange formula is derived and relevant quota indexes are calculated.Onehundred-meter power consumption with one-ton crude oil liquid in crude oil(liquid)production and mechanical oil production efficiency both can be seen as the production limited value,but the former is more intuitive as the production limited value in oil-gas production enterprises,which is easier to use and calculate.

Progress of Oil Well Dynamic Liquid Level Real-time Monitoring Technology

Abstract:Due to the continued low international oil price at present,continuously cutting production cost is the key to sustainable development of the oilfield,especially to the old oilfield that is faced with low yield,low permeability and insufficient fluid supply etc.Using innovative automation technology to reduce production cost and labor intensity of workers is development direction of technical innovation.Through discussing advanced dynamic liquid level real-time monitoring technologies at home and abroad,and combined with the actual,blocks with low productivity and low permeability are selected,and the continuous dynamic liquid level monitoring device is used to develop and optimize intermissive pumping system.The field experiment shows that the intermissive pumping system that has established is reasonable and reaches the goal of consumption reducing,cost reducing and efficiency increasing.
