摘 要 詳細闡述吉林大學工程訓練教學在轉型過程中對如何構建綜合型、創新型教學基地以滿足創新創業人才培養需求進行的積極探索,并從基地建設的指導思想、建設目標、硬件平臺建設、軟件平臺建設、師資隊伍建設和創新型服務平臺建設等6個方面進行詳細介紹。創新型工程訓練教學基地建設是創新創業人才培養的重要支撐,其建設和應用對于高校工程教育具有很好的輻射作用。

Abstract This paper expounds on the positive exploration for how to build a comprehensive and innovative teaching base to meet the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training in the pro-
cess of transformation of Jilin university engineering training tea-ching, then from the guiding ideology and target of teaching base construction, hardware platform construction, software platform construction, teacher staff construction, innovation and service plat-
form construction and so on six aspects to introduce in detail. The
construction of innovative engineering training teaching base is an
important support for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneur-ship talents, construction and application of innovative engineering training teaching base has the very good radiation effect for engi-neering education in colleges and universities.

1 引言
為適應“大眾創業、萬眾創新”戰略對人才培養的要求,全面構建具有吉林大學特色的創新創業教育體系,必須將創新創業教育融入人才培養計劃,切實增強學生的創業意識、創新精神和創造能力。創新創業教育以培養學生主體的創業素質為目標,使其具有創業所必備的知識、意識、心理品質和能力。通過建立創新型工程訓練教學基地這一途徑,可以為學生參與創新創業搭建起一個發展的平臺,從而不斷提升學生的創新與創業能力,提升大學生創新創業的整體水平,提高創業意識、創業品格和創業能力[1-2]。
2 創新型工程訓練教學基地建設指導思想
創新型工程訓練教學基地的建設以大工程觀為指導,工程教育與兩階段人才培養模式緊密結合,輔助創新創業能力的培養。
大工程觀 大工程觀思想是指現代工程在傳統工程的基礎上以工程鏈的形式集成科學、技術、人文、社會、經濟、管理、倫理、道德、法律等內容。……
