Abstract:The determination of the contents ofmetal ions(nickel,cobalt,manganese,lithium,sodium,iron,and copper)in nickel cobalt lithiummanganatebymicrowave plasma spectrometer(MP-AES)was studied.The experimental results showed thatwhen selecting theappropriate sample pretreatmentway and optimum instrumentoperation conditions,thedetection limit of thismethod could reach 0.002~0.021mg/kg,and the recovery ratewasat95%~105%,whichmet the requirements of the method.Compared with the atomic absorption spectrometer,MP-AES had better stability.At the same timemulti elements could be determined simultaneously which greatly improved thework efficiency.Compared with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),ithad a lower cost.Therefore,it is amore scientific,more accurate andmore efficient testing instrument.

MP-AES測(cè)定鎳鈷錳酸鋰中金屬離子含量的應(yīng)用

采用微波等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜儀(MP-AES)測(cè)定鎳鈷錳酸鋰中金屬離子(鎳、鈷、錳、鋰、鈉、鐵、銅)含量。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,選擇合適的樣品前處理方式和最佳的儀器操作條件,方法的檢出限可達(dá)到0.002~0.021mg/kg、加標(biāo)回收率達(dá)到95%~105%,滿足了方法的要求。MP-AES與原子吸收光譜儀相比,具有更好的穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)能多元素同時(shí)測(cè)定,大大提高了工作效率;與電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜儀(ICP-OES)相比,降低了成本。因此,MP-AES是一種更加科學(xué)、準(zhǔn)確、高效的檢測(cè)儀器。

隨著中國(guó)新能源行業(yè)的發(fā)展,作為新能源鋰電池正極材料之一[1]的鎳鈷錳酸鋰產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量直接影響著鋰電池的性能和發(fā)展,準(zhǔn)確快速地檢測(cè)鎳鈷錳酸鋰中鎳、鈷、錳、鋰、鈉、鐵、銅元素的含量對(duì)生產(chǎn)高品質(zhì)的鋰電池具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義,因此建立準(zhǔn)確、簡(jiǎn)捷的鎳鈷錳酸鋰中金屬元素含量的測(cè)定方法具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義。目前,原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定鎳鈷錳酸鋰中金屬元素含量是各元素分別測(cè)定,過(guò)程繁瑣,工作效率低,而且鈉、鐵、銅等低含量元素的測(cè)定存在譜線干擾多、檢出限高、穩(wěn)定性不好等缺點(diǎn)。雖然電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜儀(ICPOES)具有檢測(cè)線性范圍寬(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1×10-8~1× 10-4)、檢出限低、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),測(cè)定低含量元素時(shí)可以滿足檢測(cè)要求,但是測(cè)定鎳鈷錳酸鋰中鎳、鈷、錳、鋰幾種高含量元素時(shí),稀釋倍數(shù)大、誤差大,而且ICP-OES需要使用高純氬氣,檢測(cè)成本高[2]。……
