Study on the Determinants of Rural Residents'Health Caring Spending

Using the provincial-level panel data from 1999-2014,this paper adopts fixed effect model to test the determinants of rural residents'health caring expenditures.According to the test,we conclude that the government medical expenditures,aged-dependency ratio,the children's dependency ratio and medical consumer price index are significant factors while GDP growth rate,the per capita net income of rural residents and rural residents of medical consumption expenditure are significantly negatively correlated.

Research on Tourism Industrialization of Intangible Culture Heritage in Wuwei

Based on the research of intangible culture heritage resource in Wuwei,combining with the actual industrialization theory and regional economic development fact,this paper talks about tourists'preference for intangible cultural heritage tourism resources,and makes an objective analysis and evaluation on the advantages, disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the local intangible cultural heritage tourism industrialization.Besides, this paper put forward countermeasures in order to expect Wuwei's rich intangible cultural tourism resources can be transformed into practical productive forces and to promote the effective protection and inheritance of excellent traditional national culture.

Research on Local Fiscal Expenditure and Environmental Pollution under Fiscal Decentralization

Environmental risks are gradually deepening in our country and environmental problems could not be resolved only depending on economic instruments.Starting with the root causes of environmental pollution system,this paper constructs a comprehensive analysis framework of fiscal decentralization,fiscal expenditure and environmental pollution,and describes the mechanism that fiscal decentralization select local government expenditure patterns and thus affect the environmental pollution.Finally,based on the impact mechanism of fiscal decentralization and expenditure on environmental pollution,this paper proposes policy recommendation to improve the ecological environment quality and control environmental pollution,aimed at various sources which result in environmental problems.

Alienation and Avoidance of the Subject of the Innovation of Industry University Research Cooperation

The corporative innovation in industry-academy-research is scientific and technological innovation activities which three party innovation subjects participated in.When there are problems of interest disputes,differences of value and moral hazard in the innovation of industry university research cooperative innovation,the innovation subjects tend to be alienated and affect the innovation cooperation.To solve the problem of alienation we should depend on government's intervention,who can coordinate the interests,integrate the values of main body and strengthen moral construction to avoid the alienation.
