Q1: What's special about the Guangzhou-Toronto route?

Zhang: Toronto is an extremely vibrant and attractive city with abundant tourism resources. Visitors can have unforgettable experiences here. Considering the diverse demographics and the fact that different ethnic groups have very different travel schedules, China Southern has tailored extensive products from double-round, triple-round to quadruple-round tickets, bounding for mainland China, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Australia, at very attractive prices across different cabins, including fi rst class and businessclass.

Q2: Is there anything you should keep in mind when serving Canadians?

Zhang: We found there are many seniors, especially those in wheelchairs. During summertime there are also many young children travelling without a guardian. We provide special care to these travellers. We have expectations on “Fly with Kapok”, our special child-caring service, to receive good sales. Again, considering the ethnic diversity, China Southern provides a meal booking service and try to satisfy every passenger.

Q3: As a Chinese carrier, what is China

Southern's advantage in the Toronto market? Zhang: China Southern maintains excellent cooperation with WestJet and Delta Air Lines. By code-sharing and SPA, we are able to provide fl exible travelling options between Toronto andmajor North American cities like Boston, LA, New York City, Orlando, etc. We also have the most extensive network in mainland China. Our Canton hub can proudly connect almost anywhere, facilitating single check-in for connecting fl ights, free transit accommodation, everything we can to bring convenience.

Q4: Any suggestions for Chinese travellers who visit Toronto for the first time?

Zhang: Canada Border Services Agency specifi cally forbid travellers bringing meat, seeds, soil, etc. across the border. Personal exemption limit for liquor is 1 litre. We highly suggest travellers visit the CBSA website to understand the most updated requirements prior to departure.

Q5: Are there any convenient ways of travel between Toronto and other North American cities?

Zhang: Flying is most convenient. China Southern has collaboration with WestJet, Delta, and Mexican Airlines so it's easy to buy linkage tickets through China Southern. As a SkyTeam member, China Southern also provide North American packages at very attractive prices.

張 ：加拿大入境（CBSA）有明確要求，比如不能帶肉類、種子、土壤等，酒水超過1公升要交稅，現金超過1萬加幣要申報。建議旅客出行前上網了解清楚入境要求。

Q5：從多倫多去北美其他地方，還有哪些便捷的方式？

張：航空是最方便的出行方式。南航和西捷航空、Delta、墨西哥航空都有很多合作，從多倫多去北美其他航點，都可以通過南航購買聯運客票。而且作為天合聯盟成員，旅客還可以購買專門的北美套票，價格上更加優惠。
