600 MPa級(jí)鋼筋是一種新型高強(qiáng)度鋼筋,為研究該鋼筋應(yīng)用于異形柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系的可行性,對(duì)7根不同軸壓比、體積配箍率和鋼筋強(qiáng)度的混凝土T形柱試件進(jìn)行低周往復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),分別對(duì)其承載力、位移、滯回曲線(xiàn)、骨架曲線(xiàn)、剛度退化和耗能性能進(jìn)行研究,綜合評(píng)估其抗震性能。研究結(jié)果表明:配置600 MPa級(jí)鋼筋的混凝土T形柱具有良好的變形能力和承載能力,提高配箍率能有效提高試件的抗震性能,提高軸壓比可以提高試件的承載力,但降低其變形能力。隨著鋼筋強(qiáng)度的提高,試件的承載力顯著提高。

Abstract:
600 MPa steel bar was a new type of highstrength reinforcing bar. Seven Tshaped column specimens varying in stirrup ratios, axial compression ratios and steel strength were tested under low cyclic loading to investigate the feasibility of using this type of reinforcement in specially shaped column. Behaviors in bearing capacity, displacement, hysteretic behavior, skeleton characteristic, rigidity degradation and energy dissipation were investigated to analysis the seismic performance of columns. The results showed that 600 MPa RC Tshaped columns had favorable deformation capacity and bearing capacity. Improving stirrup ratios could effectively improve the seismic performance. With the increase of axial compression ratios, the bearing capacity of columns was bigger, but the deformation capacity deteriorated. With the improvement of the strength of steel, bearing capacity, deformation capacity significantly increased.

異形柱結(jié)構(gòu)體系具有減少結(jié)構(gòu)自重、節(jié)約材料、增大使用面積等優(yōu)點(diǎn)[13],廣泛應(yīng)用于中國(guó)各地,對(duì)異形柱框架及節(jié)點(diǎn)的試驗(yàn)研究[46]表明,異形柱構(gòu)件是整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)體系抗震性能的關(guān)鍵部位,而T形柱由于其截面的不規(guī)則性使得抗震性能較為復(fù)雜,有必要進(jìn)行更深入的試驗(yàn)研究。研究者對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了一些抗震性能試驗(yàn)研究[710],研究表明,進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì)的配置高強(qiáng)鋼筋的混凝土構(gòu)件在強(qiáng)度和變形上表現(xiàn)出與傳統(tǒng)鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件相似的性能;在中國(guó),600MPa級(jí)鋼筋是一種新型鋼筋,具有強(qiáng)度高、延性好等特點(diǎn)[1114],現(xiàn)已被納入《鋼筋混凝土用熱軋帶肋鋼筋》(GB 1499.2—2013)中,但是部分混凝土規(guī)范[1516]還未涉及此類(lèi)鋼筋。為改善異形柱抗震性能并推廣600 MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的應(yīng)用,對(duì)配置600 MPa級(jí)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的混凝土T形柱試件進(jìn)行低周往復(fù)荷載試驗(yàn),研究其抗震性能并對(duì)比分析軸壓比、體積配箍率和鋼筋強(qiáng)度對(duì)抗震性能的影響。……
