摘 要:為解決中華結縷草種子發芽率低、幼苗長勢慢等問題,采用納米硅進行改良。研究共設置了4個納米硅濃度梯度(10,20,40,80 mg ·L-1),對種子和幼苗進行處理。結果發現:濃度為20 mg ·L-1時能顯著提高發芽勢和發芽率;濃度為40 mg ·L-1時,能顯著提高幼苗株高、根長、地上/地下鮮質量等,且顯著提高綠色指數并提升景觀效果;另外,也可在中度干旱脅迫下,保持較高綠葉率并減輕脅迫帶來的傷害度。因此,施用適量的納米硅對中華結縷草種子萌發能力、苗期的生長量和抗性能力具有顯著提升的作用。

Effects of Nano-silicon on the Germination and Seedling Growth of Zoysiasinica

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low seed germination rate and slow seedling growth of Zoysiasinica Hanc, nano-silicon was used to improve it. Four nano-silicon concentration gradients (10, 20, 40 and 80 mg · L-1) were set up to treat seed and seedling. The results showed that the concentration of 20 mg · L-1 could significantly increase the germination rate and germination rate. When the concentration was 40 mg · L-1, the plant height, root length, fresh weight of aboveground and underground significantly increased, the landscape index also increased, and the landscape effect enhanced. Under moderate drought stress, it can maintain a higher green leaf rate and reduce the degree of injury caused by the stress. Therefore, the application of appropriate amount of nano-silicon on the Zoysiasinica Hance has significantly role on improving the seeds germination ability, seedling growth and resistance capacity.

中華結縷草(Zoysiasinica Hance)作為我國的鄉土品種,也是現存的國家第一批重點保護野生植物之一,在枝條密度、抗寒性、耐熱性、抗旱性、葉子質地等方面均位于同類暖季型草種的前列[1-3]。它分布區域廣泛,可作為足球場、高爾夫球場等運動場草坪建植及家庭綠化和水土保持的理想草種,且管理成本低,其需水量更是只有草地早熟禾(Poapratensis)的50%左右,因而無論是在北方還是南方均有大面積種植[1,4]。但該種子穎殼具有較厚的蠟質,這使其自然發芽率低,工廠化解除休眠的措施也不盡人意。發芽率參差不齊,給中華結縷草草坪建植質量和效率帶來一定的困難,影響其在園林工程中的推廣應用[5]。
硅被國際土壤界列為繼氮、磷、鉀之后的第四大元素肥料,能夠促進作物的生長、生物學產量,改善作物品質,增強作物的抗逆性[6-7]。……
