“超低利率時代”行將結束，新增長趨勢揭幕

有種種理由相信，2017年第一季度“開年大吉”，這不光體現在我國進出口數據，采購經理人指數和各種工業指數的上升上，也體現在世界主要經濟體的逐步恢復上。世界銀行和IMF給出的預測數據大體上顯示全球經濟出現弱增長。但在危機和停滯很長時間后，弱增長也是增長。出于自2008年以來各國央行的定量寬松可能帶來通脹的擔憂，“加息”成為全球主要經濟體央行會議的主要討論話題—除了日本。這個國家長期實施的負利率政策雖然沒有對經濟起到太大的促進作用，但是加息在依舊低迷的增長面前，仍是不可能使用的手段。

美聯儲的加息行為最能引領全球加息浪潮。不過不可否認，隨著加息帶動美元升值，帶來大量資本回流，美國的出口將會受到一定影響。而在三月份，中國剛剛成為美國石油第一大出口國。美國對華出口增加，有利于消除兩國之間差距相當大的貿易赤字，從某種意義而言，可以防止兩國開啟貿易戰。但是美國當局顯然一方面想要壓住通脹的勢頭，另外一方面卻又不希望自身出口減少，在萬眾期待的中美領導人峰會前后，會將人民幣匯率作為話題進行炒作。這就把中國央行推上了風口浪尖。

在美聯儲加息之后，中國央行并未宣布上調長期基本利率，但是卻設法增加了短期借貸的利率。這一做法被《華爾街日報》稱為是“非常規緊縮做法”。近期以來余額寶的收益率上升，就意味著市場的流動性在慢慢收緊。從這一點而言，中國顯然不會跟隨著美國的指揮棒，總是用拋售外匯儲備的方式穩定人民幣的匯率。這種技術性的做法有利于保持來之不易的今年進出口開局良好的局面。

美元加息給歐洲出了一個難題。歐洲的經濟狀況正在逐漸好轉，但是鑒于多國之間的發展極度不平衡，歐洲央行的動作顯得有些猶豫。政治上的不確定性隨著荷蘭大選極右翼沒有獲勝而有所降低。在法國，極右翼當選的可能性也在下降。不過法國大選究竟能夠推出一個什么樣的新政府，目前還不清晰。歐洲是否要加息，最早的信息可能需要到六月份才會浮出水面。總體上美國加息，中歐跟進的趨勢還在加強，經濟學家們所定義的、自2007年以來的“超低利率時代”可能行將結束。

全球經濟的緩慢恢復有助于需求的增加，而加息從理論上來說會對此產生一定的抑制作用。有趣的是，能源價格并未在加息預期影響下出現上揚。三月份，英國和美國先后公開聲稱發現了新的油田，加上大量的新能源產能投入市場，這一切有效地緩解了生產成本上升帶來的資金困難。所以在2017年，我們看到的很可能是一個比較理想的增長周期緩緩揭開大幕，那就是低通脹，低能源價格，適當的融資成本，逐漸增加的貿易需求。只是這一輪周期的增長動力究竟源于何方，仍舊是一個值得深入討論的話題。

創投業務一直為集團帶來可觀收入。其中集團近年大舉投資于韓國的創新科技板塊亦造出理想業績。彭博創新指數（Bloomberg InnovationIndex）統計了超過200個經濟體，韓國于2015、2016及2017年均排名第一，同時在科技研發開支、工業增值、專利數量皆稱冠。集團瞄準這個世界高新科技重地，投資其網絡服務及手機游戲開發和發行業務，期望能捉緊面前前所未有的發展機遇，開拓更廣闊收入來源。

展望未來，在瞬息萬變的電子市場上，集團將會繼續發揮其行業優勢，發展具增長潛力的市場及產品。
