摘要:應(yīng)用ANSYS有限元,分析了Q460高強(qiáng)鋼焊接薄腹工形截面雙向壓彎構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定性能,提出了可供實(shí)際應(yīng)用參考的設(shè)計(jì)公式。分析中考慮的主要參數(shù)有腹板高厚比,構(gòu)件長細(xì)比,翼緣寬厚比及荷載偏心率。結(jié)果表明,對受壓為主的構(gòu)件,腹板局部屈曲對構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定承載力影響較大,而對受彎為主的構(gòu)件,這一因素對構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定承載力影響較小。有限元分析結(jié)果與現(xiàn)行規(guī)范方法計(jì)算結(jié)果比較表明,目前規(guī)范方法尚不能較好地計(jì)算高強(qiáng)鋼焊接薄腹工形截面雙向壓彎構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定承載力,因而提出了修正直接強(qiáng)度法,該法精度較好且偏于安全。

Abstract:Applying the ANSYS FE, the paper analyzed the stability behavior of welded Q460 Isection columns with slender web under biaxial bending and proposed practical formulas for predicting the stability capacities of such members.Parameters considered in the analysis included web slenderness, member slenderness, flange slenderness and loading eccentricities. The results showed that the detrimental effect of web local buckling on the stability capacity of the member is more significant for axial load dominated members than for bending moment prevailed members. Comparison to the current code method showed that the later can not accurately predict stability capacities of such members. The proposed modified DSM method demonstrates rather good accuracy, meanwhile is safe.

工形壓彎構(gòu)件腹板局部屈曲后,構(gòu)件尚具有較高的穩(wěn)定承載力,若將腹板高厚比適當(dāng)放大,形成薄腹工形截面構(gòu)件,可以充分利用腹板的屈曲后強(qiáng)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼材經(jīng)濟(jì)有效地利用。普通鋼材(Q235)此類構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定性能已得到較深入的研究[16]。近來,隨著高強(qiáng)鋼在工程實(shí)際中的廣泛應(yīng)用[78],高強(qiáng)鋼構(gòu)件的穩(wěn)定設(shè)計(jì)方法研究成為急需解決的問題。目前,對高強(qiáng)鋼構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性研究主要集中于受壓構(gòu)件整體穩(wěn)定性 [913],對受壓構(gòu)件相關(guān)屈曲也有一些研究 [1415],而對高強(qiáng)鋼焊接薄腹工形截面受壓構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性的研究尚未見報(bào)道。鑒于此類構(gòu)件的優(yōu)越性以及高強(qiáng)鋼焊接構(gòu)件與普通鋼構(gòu)件受力性能的差異,需對高強(qiáng)鋼焊接薄腹工形截面受壓構(gòu)件穩(wěn)定性能進(jìn)行深入研究。……
