專訪意大利駐重慶總領事館總領事馬非同：重慶與意大利正攜手共進

致力于將意大利深厚的文化底蘊與藝術氣息帶到重慶，意大利駐重慶總領事館（以下簡稱“意領館”）每年活動都很豐富，包括意大利文化之秋、意大利語節、意大利文化節、意大利美食節等等。而助推這些活動成功舉行的，正是充滿活力的總領事馬非同（Mr. Sergio Maffettone）。

這位出生于意大利那不勒斯的“活力大叔”，除母語意大利語外，他還精通英、德、法、阿爾巴尼亞和漢語5種語言。2010年，馬非同來到中國，擔任意大利駐華大使館一等秘書職務；2013年底來到重慶，并成為意領館首任總領事。2013年12月30日正式開館的意領館，領區涵蓋重慶、四川、云南和貴州，為促進西南片區與意大利的合作交流及雙方的經貿往來提供便利。

總領事的重慶印象：傳承與熱情

如今，馬非同已經在重慶工作近四年，對于重慶的印象，他表示重慶是一座非常熱情并且發展迅速的城市，尤其是商圈和交通建設速度驚人。“現在，重慶有了很多漂亮的標志性建筑，比如，解放碑、江北嘴、時代天街、萬象城，還有8月就要開業的新光天地。”馬非同對重慶的商圈了如指掌。

對于意大利和重慶風格特色的比較，馬非同認為，意大利的特色在于國家的文化歷史底蘊與藝術設計，而重慶的傳統特色也保留得很好，比如“棒棒”和火鍋美食文化。此外，兩地人民的性格也非常相似，熱情好客、直截了當。平時工作繁忙，有時間他會去爬山、吃火鍋，這對于他來說是最大的放松與休閑。

關于工作：讓意大利與重慶更親密

談到這幾年在重慶工作最大的收獲是什么，馬非同說，成立簽證中心、開通意大利到重慶的直航，以及即將在兩江新區開幕的中意產業園等，都是他非常滿意的“作品”。簽證中心的成立，讓重慶及西南地區的游客去意大利更加便利，更多的學生選擇去意大利留學；直航的開通，方便了更多意大利人到重慶觀光，增進了雙方的了解。

今年2月，意大利總統馬塔雷拉訪問重慶。今年6月，意領館發布的數據顯示，累計受理的赴意簽證申請已超過10萬，達到103,684份。

同時，意領館與四川外國語大學（以下簡稱“川外”）的合作也日漸深入，“2014年，我們與川外簽署了合作協議，讓該校的意大利語系學生來意領館實習。現在，學意大利語的學生越來越多，意大利的大學與川外也有了更多的合作。過去由于在重慶懂意大利語的人不多，很少有意大利企業來重慶發展。但現在有川外這個平臺，雙方在經濟、旅游等很多領域都加強了合作。”馬非同說。

2016年，意領館開展了一系列與市民互動的文化交流活動。與解放碑CBD合作的“愛上解放碑意大利文化節”，意領館邀請了13家意大利設計師品牌來重慶舉辦時裝秀。意大利文化之秋、意大利語文化節、意大利美食節等大型活動也令人印象非常深刻。馬非同表示，這樣的活動已經在重慶落地生根，今年還會繼續擴展活動規模。

目前，意領館在重慶的工作范圍已經從主城輻射到各個區縣，因為這位充滿活力的總領事對重慶的一切都充滿好奇。采訪中馬非同說，他剛去過江津區考察，參觀望鄉臺瀑布，在四面山了解了關于“愛情天梯”的故事。他認為，江津的旅游資源和意大利“羅密歐與朱麗葉”的故鄉維羅納城可以有所合作。“7月28號，意領館在武隆還有一場關于爵士音樂節的合作；在大足，有一個關于意大利專家協助大足石刻文物修復的工作項目；此外，重慶大學與意大利圣安娜大學攜手在璧山建立的中意創新產業園項目前景也很好。”談到在重慶的工作，馬非同如數家珍。

據了解，今年5月，意大利威尼托文化遺產集群和重慶大足石刻研究院簽署協議，計劃將在兩年內共同修復大足石刻考古遺址內舒成巖摩崖造像。大足石刻珍存的道教石刻將采用意大利技術，有望在兩年內重煥光彩。

總領事推薦：重慶的“意式生活”

隨著意大利與重慶交流越來越豐富，一些正宗的意式餐廳、意式甜品店也陸續在重慶開張。馬非同熱情推薦，在星匯兩江和解放碑得意世界，都能找到正宗的意大利餐廳。大廚們都來自意大利，重慶的市民朋友不出國門就可以品嘗到正宗的那不勒斯披薩、提拉米蘇等意式美食。

記者請馬非同推薦一個他最喜歡的意大利城市，他說自己最想去但還沒有機會去的是意大利撒丁島，那里有很古老的意大利文化和純凈的景色。“如果要體驗最純正的意大利文化、美食和歷史，我推薦去西西里島。還有意大利東北部的歐洲最高的高原，以及威尼斯旁的別墅區等都是風景怡人的旅游勝地。”馬非同說。

可以看出，環向指數為零時，固有頻率就是共振頻率。圖6示出了前6個固有頻率，分別是0、287、1 526、2 470、2 895和3 018 Hz。總的趨勢是，固有頻率隨著環向指數增大而增大。當車輪旋轉時，對應于固有頻率ωm可以有兩個共振頻率，這兩個頻率分別為ωm±mΩy，此處m為環向指數的絕對值。

Born in Naples, Italy, this "uncle of vitality", in addition to the native language of Italy, is also proficient in five languages: English, German, French, Albanian and Chinese. In 2010, Maffettone came to China to serve as the first secretary of the Italian Embassy in China. At the end of 2013, he came to Chongqing and became the first Consul General of the Consulate. On December 30, 2013, the consulate was officially opened with a consular district covering Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou. The mission of consulate is to promote the cooperation between Southwest China and Italy, enhancing exchange of trade and providing convenience of commerce on both sides.

Consul General’s Impression of Chongqing: Inheritance and Passion

Nowadays Maffettone has been working in Chongqing for nearly four years. On the impression of Chongqing, he said Chongqing was a very enthusiastic and rapiddeveloping city, especially in business district and traf fi c construction. "Now, Chongqing has a lot of beautiful landmarks, such as Jiefangbei CBD, Jiangbeizui CBD, Paradise Walk, Mix City, and Shin Kong Place that will opened in August." Maffettone is well aware of the business district in Chongqing.

For the comparison of Italian and Chongqing’s features, Maffettone believes that Italy is characterized by the country's culture, history, and artistic design while Chongqing remains traditional characteristics, such as"Bang Bangjun" and hot pot food culture. In addition, the people of the two places are also very similar because both of them are warm-hearted and straightforward. Though Consul General’s work is busy, whenever there is time, he will go mountain climbing or eating hot pot, which is the biggest relaxation and leisure to him.

About work: let Italy and Chongqing be closer

Talking about the work of the past few years in Chongqing, Maffettone said that the biggest gain is the establishment of the visa center, the opening of direct fl ights from Italy yo Chongqing, and the upcoming opening of China-Italy Industrial Park in Liangjiang New Area, which are his satisfying "works". The establishment of the visa center is to provide services for Chongqing and Southwest citizens to apply their Italy visa in a more convenient way. There are more students choose to study in Italy. The opening of direct fl ights also facilitates more Italian tourists to come to Chongqing, which enhances the understanding of both sides. In June this year, the statistics published by the Consulate General of Italy showed that more than 100 thousand visa applications are accepted, reaching to 103,684 copies.

In 2016, the consulate carried out a lot of cultural activities for public interaction. For example, in cooperation with Jiefangbei CBD, "Love Jiefangbei, Italian Culture Festival", the Consulate General of Italy invited 13 brands of Italian designer to come to Chongqing and organize a fashion show. The Autumn of Italian Culture, the Italian Culture Festival, the Italian Food Feast and other large-scaled activities were also very impressive. Maffettone said that such activities had been rooted in Chongqing and this year they will continue to expand the scale of activities.

At present, the work of the consulate in Chongqing has been radiated to various districts and counties from downtown because the energetic consul has curiosity of Chongqing. Maffettone indicated in the interview that he had just visited the Jiangjin District to see the Wangxiangtai Falls and Simian Mountain where he knew about the story of the "love ladder". He believes that Jiangjin's tourism resources can cooperate with Verona City in Italy, the hometown of "Romeo and Juliet". He also indicated that in July 28, there is a cooperation of jazz festival conducted by the consulate in Wulong. In Dazu County, there is a repair work of stone carvings assisted by the Italian experts. Furthermore, the prospect of China-Italy Innovation Industrial Park established by Chongqing University and University of Santa Ana in Italy is also very good. Speaking of work in Chongqing, Maffettone talked a lot as if he were enumerating the heirlooms of his own family.

It is understood that in May this year, Italy Veneto Cultural Heritage Cluster and Chongqing Dazu Rock Research Institute signed an agreement, which planned to repair the Shucheng rock cliff statue in the archaeological site of Dazu Rock Carvings within two years. Italian technology will be applied to the stone carvings of Taoism treasured by Dazu Rock Carvings. The carvings are expected to be rejuvenated in 2 years.

Recommendations from Consul General: Italian lifestyle in Chongqing

As cultural exchanges are increasingly frequent between Italy and Chongqing, some authentic Italian restaurants, Italian dessert shops are gradually opened in Chongqing. Maffettone gave us some warm recommendations: you can find authentic Italian restaurant in the Liangjiang Xinghui Plaza and Deyi Plaza of Jiefangbei. Chefs are from Italy, citizens in Chongqing could enjoy the authentic Naples pizza, tiramisu and other Italian food without traveling overseas.

When being asked to recommend an Italian city he liked most, he said that he wanted to visit Sardinia most for its old Italian culture and pure scenery, but still he didn’t have a chance. "If you want to experience the most authentic Italian culture, food and history, I recommend Sicily and the tallest plateau in the northeastern part of Italy. The villa area next to Venice is a pleasant tourist destination too." Maffettone said.
