漾濞縣核桃價格不穩定原因分析

摘要：漾濞核桃，馳名中外。漾濞是“中國核桃和世界核桃的起源地”，是國務院唯一命名的“中國核桃之鄉”。核桃已經成為了漾濞人民致富的重大經濟支柱，近幾年來，核桃市場報價極不穩定，忽高忽低，種植農戶有點擔心核桃前景，筆者從市場形勢和種植技術方面進行了分析，并提出建議，進一步明確未來如何在保證農民收益目標下，種植品質好的核桃。

Abstract： The Yangbi walnut is known both at home and abroad. Yangbi is the birthplace of Chinese walnut and world walnut， and it is the only of the State Council named “the hometown of Chinese walnut”. In recent years， the walnut has become a major economic pillar for Yangbi people's to get rich. Now the walnut market price is very unstable and fluctuated， so the farmers worried walnut prospect. In this work， the author analyzed from the aspects of the market situation， planting technology， and puts forward some suggestions that how to ensure the farmers earnings targets with good quality of walnut planting in the future.

漾濞彝族自治縣位于云南省大理州中部，地處南方古絲綢之路、茶馬古道和滇緬公路要沖，貧困人口占80%的貧困縣。地處亞熱帶和溫帶高原季風氣候交匯處，平均氣溫為157 ℃，年降水量1 062 mm，年平均相對濕度為72%，土壤以山地森林紅壤或棕色森林土為主，很適宜核桃的種植，而且是一個傳統的核桃種植大縣。核桃自身含有豐富的營養價值，是重要的干果油料樹種，也是世界“四大”干果之一。核桃仁中的營養價值含量極其豐富，不僅有益于人們的身體健康而且還是中成藥的重要輔料，核桃產品正逐步受到社會大眾的青睞。漾濞的核桃栽培具有悠久的歷史且類型豐富和品種優良，被國務發展研究中心授予“中國核桃之鄉”的桂冠，先后榮獲“中國名特優經濟林核桃之鄉”、“全國質量第一”、“中國核桃產業龍頭縣”等榮譽稱號[1]。
