全程護(hù)理干預(yù)對宮頸癌患者護(hù)理質(zhì)量的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 分析宮頸癌患者行全程護(hù)理干預(yù)模式的效果，評定護(hù)理后對患者生活質(zhì)量以及婚姻質(zhì)量的影響。方法 選入于2012年3月～2013年3月期間我院婦產(chǎn)科所收治的宮頸癌患者共70例，采用計算機(jī)表法的形式將其平均分為研究組和參照組，每組35例。兩組患者均行基礎(chǔ)護(hù)理模式，在此基礎(chǔ)上，研究組患者加行全程護(hù)理干預(yù)模式，比較兩組患者術(shù)后的生存質(zhì)量以及婚姻幸福程度。 結(jié)果 研究組的軀體評分、角色評分、認(rèn)知評分、情緒評分、社會評分以及總分分別為（62.1±7.9）分、（58.6±5.1）分、（62.1±1.5）分、（48.5±7.2）分、（48.12±11.98）分以及（50.2±7.2）分；參照組各項評分分別為（70.1±11.1）分、（62.2±6.0）分、（68.5±9.6）分、（58.23±9.5）分以及（64.2±9.8）分，組間比較差異有顯著性（P<0.05）。同時研究組婚姻質(zhì)量優(yōu)于參照組，研究組的婚姻滿意度、夫妻交流評分、角色平等評分分別為（36.2±6.1）分、（33.0±7.1）分、（37.2±5.9）分；參照組上述評分分別為（31.1±6.9）分、（28.2±7.2）分、（32.2±6.8）分，差異有顯著性（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 將全程護(hù)理干預(yù)模式應(yīng)用于宮頸癌患者中，能夠有效提升患者的婚姻滿意度，改善生活質(zhì)量，對于臨床研究具有重要作用。

Analysis on the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention on nursing quality of cervical cancer patients

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention model in cervical cancer patients， and to evaluate the effect of nursing on the quality of life and the quality of marriage in patients. Methods 70 patients with cervical cancer who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected. The form of computer table method was used to evenly divide the patients into the study group and the reference group， with 35 patients in each group. Both groups were given basic nursing model. On this basis， the study group were further given comprehensive nursing intervention model. The quality of life and the happiness of marriage were compared between the two groups after the surgery. Results The physical scores， role scores， cognitive scores， emotional scores， social scores and total scores in the study group were （62.1±7.9）， （58.6±5.1）， （62.1±1.5）， （48.5±7.2）， （48.12±12.0） and （50.2±7.2） respectively； the scores in the reference group were （70.1±11.1）， （62.2±6.0）， （68.5±9.6）， （58.23±9.5） and （64.2±9.8） respectively. There was difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. At the same time， the marriage quality in the study group was better than that in the reference group， and the satisfaction with marriage， husband and wife communication score and role equality score in the study group were（36.2±6.1）， （33.0±7.1） and （37.2±5.9） respectively. The above scores were （31.1±6.9）， （28.2±7.2） and （32.2±6.8） respectively in the reference group. The differences were significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention model in cervical cancer patients can effectively improve the patient's marital satisfaction， and improve the quality of life， which has an important role in clinical research.endprint
