瀝青路面用水性環(huán)氧熱反射涂料的制備及性能

采用相反轉(zhuǎn)法制備了水性環(huán)氧乳液,以其為成膜物質(zhì),TiO2、SiO2和中空微珠為功能填料,制備了用于瀝青路面上的熱反射涂料。通過計算涂覆涂層試片與未涂覆涂層試片的溫差來評價熱反射涂層的降溫效果。根據(jù)正交試驗結(jié)果得到白色涂料的最佳配方為:固含量為40%的水性環(huán)氧乳液100.0 g,TiO27.0 g,SiO22.5 g和中空微珠2.0 g。在此基礎(chǔ)上加入2%鐵紅顏料不僅可以使涂層呈現(xiàn)較好的視覺效果,且不會太影響其降溫效果。熱反射涂料的涂布量宜為0.9 ~ 1.0 kg/m2,在室外氣溫為35.2 °C時降溫值可達7.6 °C。拉拔試驗顯示涂層與瀝青路面之間的粘附性很好。雖然涂布涂料后路面的抗滑性能下降,但是撒布石英砂作為防滑粒料后就能滿足行車安全的要求。

Abstract:A heat-reflective paint for asphalt pavement was prepared from waterborne epoxy resin, which was obtained by phase inversion, with TiO2, SiO2and hollow microspheres as functional fillers.The cooling effect of the heat-reflective coating was evaluated by calculating the temperature difference between the specimen with and without the coating.The formulation of white paint was optimized by orthogonal test as follows: 100.0 g waterborne epoxy resin with a solid content of 40%, 7.0 g TiO2, 2.5 g SiO2and 2.0 g hollow microspheres.The addition of 2% iron oxide red can help the coating present a good visible effect, and affect its cooling effect little.The suitable weight of the heat-reflective coating applied per unit area is 0.9-1.0 kg/m2.When the outdoor temperature is 35.2 °C, the temperature drop reaches 7.6 °C.The pull-off strength test showed that the coating has a good adhesion to asphalt pavement.Though skid resistance of asphalt pavement declines after coating, the safety requirement of driving can be satisfied after bestrewing with anti-skid quartz sands.

瀝青是一種吸熱材料,在夏季會造成瀝青路面溫度遠遠高于氣溫,引發(fā)嚴重的車轍危害,并加劇城市的熱島效應(yīng)[1],而且高溫路面釋放出的一些小分子揮發(fā)物還會影響環(huán)境。在瀝青路面涂布一層熱反射率高的物質(zhì),使熱量在進入路面之前被輻射掉,可有效降低瀝青路面的溫度,減少路面車轍危害,緩解城市熱島效應(yīng),改善人居環(huán)境?!?br>
