焦化廠鋼結構涂層的失效及重涂

為解決某焦化廠鋼結構涂層失效的問題,現場調查了環境腐蝕因素、原防護措施及其失效狀況。廠區存在硫化物、氮化物、粉塵等污染物,在原防護施工中存在基材表面除銹不徹底、涂料種類搭配不合理、維護周期不合理、涂層厚度不達標等問題。通過制定適合該焦化廠各區域腐蝕環境特點的涂裝方案,并在涂裝環節嚴格控制施工質量,可解決原鋼結構涂裝防護層提前失效的問題。

Abstract:Aiming to solve the failure of coatings for steel structures in a coking plant, the corrosion environment, existing protection measures and failure conditions were investigated on spot.Sulfide, nitride, dust and other pollutants were found in the atmosphere.There are some problems during the construction of previous corrosion protection measures, such as incomplete surface de-rusting, unreasonable combination of different types of paints, improper maintenance cycle, and insufficient coating thickness.The early failure of coatings can be solved by developing a coating scheme suitable for the corrosion environment of each area in the coking plant, and strictly controlling the construction quality during the coating process.

某焦化廠自建廠3年后,平均每年投入約300萬元對廠區內戶外鋼結構涂層進行維護。然而涂層在1年左右就又會發生局部破壞,表面銹跡斑斑,甚至導致鋼結構因腐蝕而發生結構斷裂失效。鑒于該焦化廠從延長鋼結構涂層服役年限及降低成本方面提出新的要求,筆者在對廠區環境和腐蝕狀況進行細致調研后,結合廠區自身特點制定了合理的防護方案。本文對此進行了詳細介紹,以供同行參考。
進廠煤經配煤粉碎后由皮帶送至煤塔,再由加煤車送料至焦爐,干餾后產生焦炭和荒煤氣,焦炭經熄焦塔由皮帶送至用戶,荒煤氣經提煉加工出焦油、硫和粗苯后形成凈煤氣供用戶使用。廠內煤場皮帶支架,翻煤機,焦爐,加煤車,推焦車,攔焦車,熄焦車,熄焦塔,橫管冷凝器,電捕焦油器,機械化氨水澄清槽,脫硫塔平臺及欄桿,洗苯塔平臺及欄桿,煤氣管道,管道支架等鋼結構設施均暴露于戶外,需進行防腐蝕保護。……
