動(dòng)車組緊急逆變電源設(shè)計(jì)

緊急逆變電源是動(dòng)車組突發(fā)停電狀況下實(shí)現(xiàn)電能轉(zhuǎn)換的重要設(shè)備,然而傳統(tǒng)逆變電源在突加大功率感性負(fù)載情況下輸出電壓不穩(wěn)定、三相輸出電壓不平衡度大。文中采用了基于STM32控制的Boost升壓和IPM逆變的設(shè)計(jì)方法。詳細(xì)敘述了主電路原理,設(shè)計(jì)了保護(hù)電路和檢測(cè)電路。試驗(yàn)樣機(jī)測(cè)得的波形及數(shù)據(jù)顯示此緊急逆變電源帶感性負(fù)載時(shí)穩(wěn)定輸出230 V、30 Hz,三相輸出電壓不平衡度<1%,試驗(yàn)證明樣機(jī)工作可靠、滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。

AbstractThe emergency inverter power supply is important device for power conversion when bullet train power cut suddenly. However, the output voltage was unstable, the voltage of three-phase was unbalanced seriously of traditional inverter power when High-power inductive load was accessed in. Boost circuit and IPM inverter circuit based on STM32’s control was designed in the paper. The theory of main circuit was introduced,new protection circuit and detection circuit was designed. The waveform and data of the experimental prototype was tested shows this emergency inverter power can output 230VAC, 30 Hz stably with rated inductive load, three-phase output voltage unbalance less than 1%. Experiment results showed that the emergency inverter power supply worked reliably, met the design requirements.

隨著中國(guó)鐵路的高速發(fā)展,目前全國(guó)有約18 000 km的客運(yùn)專線和城際鐵路投入運(yùn)營(yíng)[1],在這些線路上行駛著數(shù)量龐大的動(dòng)車組,考慮到動(dòng)車組發(fā)生緊急停電停車等突發(fā)狀況時(shí)車內(nèi)通風(fēng)的要求,必須保證車內(nèi)緊急通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)在此類突發(fā)故障中做到應(yīng)急供電,本文設(shè)計(jì)了緊急逆變電源。
考慮動(dòng)車組運(yùn)行環(huán)境的特殊要求,如震動(dòng)大、工作環(huán)境溫度范圍寬、突加非線性負(fù)載等,因此對(duì)緊急逆變電源的抗震性、運(yùn)行安全可靠性提出了更高的要求[2]??紤]逆變電源輸入電壓變化范圍寬及突加非線性負(fù)載,提出了一種結(jié)合直流升壓穩(wěn)定輸出與逆變實(shí)時(shí)反饋PID調(diào)節(jié)的控制方案,設(shè)計(jì)的樣機(jī)滿足動(dòng)車組緊急停電情況下通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)供電要求,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定。
