核物質包裝體的跌落仿真分析

核物質包裝體是一種核廢料存儲和運輸的專用設備,在放射性核物質存儲和運輸的過程中,安全問題尤為重要。因此核物質包裝體不僅要具有屏蔽射線的作用,還需要能夠吸收沖擊能量、保持結構穩定性,避免結構變形、破損等由破壞形式引起的核輻射泄漏。根據相關規定和標準,運用ANSYS Workbench的Explicit dynamic模塊,對核物質包裝體的跌落過程進行了分析研究,結合數值模擬結果分析了核物質包裝體的應力以及應變,并采用合適的評價準則對結果進行評價,驗證了結構和結構強度滿足設計需求。

AbstractNuclear material packaging is a kind of special equipment for nuclear waste storage and transportation. In the process of storing and transporting radioactive nuclear material, the safety problem is very important. Therefore, the packaging material of nuclear matter not only has the function of shielding rays, but also can absorb the impact energy, maintain structural stability, avoid structural deformation, damage and other forms of damage caused radiation leaks. According to the relevant rules and standards, ANSYS Workbench’s Explicit dynamic module was used to analyze the dropping process of the nuclear material package. The stress and strain of the nuclear material package were analyzed with the numerical simulation results, and the results were evaluated by appropriate evaluation criteria. The structural and structural strength were verified to meet the design requirements.

核電作為一種安全、高效、清潔的能源,在全世界范圍內得到了廣泛的應用,成為“低碳”能源發展的有效解決方案。人類在利用核電的同時也會產生核廢料,而且核廢料必須要經過安全有效的處理,否則會給社會帶來嚴重的危害,在將核廢料從臨時存放井中轉運到永久存放的廠房或者是永久存放井的過程中,核物質包裝體作為放射性物質運輸的專用和關鍵設備,其研發必須按照相關規范[1-3]的相關規定來進行,同時還需要滿足有良好的密封性、耐低溫、通用陸運和海運的要求,根據《放射性核物質安全運輸規程》的有關條款可知核物質包裝體屬于II型貨包,需要進行1.2 m自由跌落實驗。本文利用ANSYS Workbench的Explicit dynamic模塊對核物質包裝體進行了跌落分析,并采用相關的評價準則進行評價,驗證核物質包裝體的強度滿足設計強度要求。……
