基于短波紅外成像光譜儀的礦石光譜測(cè)量研究

成像光譜儀能夠高效便捷地識(shí)別和判斷礦種,可大幅提高地質(zhì)勘察和礦物普查的勘測(cè)效率。文中基于棱鏡-光柵(PG)的分光元件,研發(fā)了一種具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、分辨率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)的短波紅外成像光譜儀系統(tǒng)。闡述和分析了該成像光譜儀的設(shè)計(jì)思路和實(shí)際成像質(zhì)量,并借助單色準(zhǔn)直光法測(cè)試了該成像光譜儀系統(tǒng)的光譜性能參數(shù),實(shí)際光譜分辨率優(yōu)于10 nm,性能良好,符合設(shè)計(jì)與使用要求。利用該光譜儀系統(tǒng)測(cè)量了多種礦石樣品的光譜數(shù)據(jù),其光譜形態(tài)與特征和美國(guó)權(quán)威實(shí)驗(yàn)室JPL建立的波譜庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)相吻合,表明本成像光譜儀系統(tǒng)在礦石的光譜分析中精確度良好,能較為準(zhǔn)確地辨別礦石種類,為將來(lái)開(kāi)展相關(guān)的礦石研究工作提供技術(shù)支持。

AbstractThe imaging spectrometer can identify minerals efficiently and easily, which can greatly improve the efficiency of geological survey and mineral survey. In this paper, based on the splitting element of prism-grating (PG), a shortwave infrared imaging with advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight and high resolution is developed to meet the requirements from the country. The design principle and the imaging quality of the imaging spectrometer is described and analyzed, respectively. And the spectral performance parameters such as the center wavelength and spectral resolution of the imaging spectrometer system are tested by using monochromatic collimated light method. The actual spectral resolution is better than 10 nm, which performs well and the design and meets the design and application requirements. The spectral data of various ore samples are measured by the spectrometer system, whose spectral morphology and characteristic of the spectrometer agree well with the ones from the JPL, indicating that this imaging spectrometer system has good accuracy in the spectral analysis of the ore and in identifying different type of ore, which providing technical support for the research on mineral survey in the future.

高效便捷地識(shí)別和判斷礦種在礦物資源的勘測(cè)工作中,是基本卻又困難的工作。使用人工和單一光譜識(shí)別的傳統(tǒng)方法找礦所需工作量較大,且效率低,最重要的是不能進(jìn)行大范圍內(nèi)的瞬態(tài)檢測(cè)工作,因此,成像光譜儀的使用就變得尤為重要。
成像光譜儀具有“圖譜合一”的特點(diǎn),可同時(shí)得到地物的圖像和光譜信息,在天文觀測(cè)、環(huán)境科學(xué)、軍事偵察等領(lǐng)域得到應(yīng)用[1-3]。……
