孤獨(dú)癥兒童語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)與語(yǔ)境因素的關(guān)聯(lián)性

目的探討孤獨(dú)癥兒童語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)與語(yǔ)境因素的關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法對(duì)11例孤獨(dú)癥患兒在5種情境下的語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行視頻采集,對(duì)患兒每一話輪的語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)和語(yǔ)境因素進(jìn)行評(píng)估,應(yīng)用關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則挖掘方法,分析其語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)與語(yǔ)境因素的關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)果共收集到與患兒語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)相關(guān)的話輪326個(gè),生成了2 528個(gè)強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則。以前項(xiàng)為語(yǔ)境因素中的任何條目,后項(xiàng)為有代表性的有積極意義的項(xiàng)目( 主動(dòng)話輪、語(yǔ)義符合語(yǔ)境)和有消極意義的項(xiàng)目(叫聲、刻板/怪異行為)進(jìn)行運(yùn)算,分別得到108條、253條、23條、39條強(qiáng)關(guān)聯(lián)規(guī)則:感興趣的活動(dòng)/食品、畫(huà)面/實(shí)物提示等與主動(dòng)話輪,感興趣條件下、有言語(yǔ)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、各種提示與語(yǔ)義符合語(yǔ)境,進(jìn)食、無(wú)興趣、無(wú)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)、無(wú)提示等與叫聲,進(jìn)食、獨(dú)處無(wú)提示、無(wú)興趣、無(wú)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和批評(píng)與刻板/怪異行為,存在關(guān)聯(lián)的支持度和置信度較高。結(jié)論孤獨(dú)癥兒童語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)與語(yǔ)境因素存在一定的關(guān)聯(lián),興趣、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)和各種提示等語(yǔ)境條件下更容易有功能性語(yǔ)言的出現(xiàn)。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between language performance and contextual factors in children with autism.Method:Eleven children with autism were videotaped in five kinds of situation.The language performance and contextual factors were assessed in each turn; and the correlation were analysed by association rule mining method.Results:A total of 326 turns relating to children's language performance were collected and 2 528 strong association rules were formed.The antecedents were setted as any items of contextual factors.While the consequent was setted as one of two representative language performances with positive meaning(spontaneous turn and the meaning of words consistent with the context)or the two with negative meaning(cry,restricted/repetitive behaviors),and then 108,253,23,39 corresponding strong association rules were formed.Associations between interesting activity/food,picture/physical prompts and spontaneous turn,associations between under the condition of interest,verbal rewards,a variety of prompts and the meaning of words consistent with the context,associations between eating,no interest,no rewards,no prompt and cry,associations between eating,to be alone without prompt,no interest,no rewards,no criticism and restricted/repetitive behaviors were higher in support degree and confidence degree.Conclusion:There are some associations between language performance and contextual factors in children with autism:the more interests,rewards,and all kinds of prompts in the context,the more emergences of functional languages.

孤獨(dú)癥是一組發(fā)生在嬰幼兒時(shí)期的廣泛性、終生性神經(jīng)發(fā)育障礙疾病,語(yǔ)言障礙是其比較突出的癥狀之一[1]。目前在孤獨(dú)癥語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)相關(guān)社會(huì)因素的研究中,更多運(yùn)用宏觀的角度,如家庭因素、父母養(yǎng)育方式、教育訓(xùn)練模式[2];但從語(yǔ)境等微觀角度的研究非常少見(jiàn)[3]。……
