力帆在俄羅斯舉行十周年慶典 首款7座SUV邁威在俄上市

俄羅斯時間9月5日晚，“力帆俄羅斯十周年慶典”在莫斯科舉行。慶典上還舉行了力帆首款7座SUV邁威的上市活動。俄羅斯政府、中國駐俄貿促會的相關人士及力帆公司相關負責人參加了活動。俄羅斯各大銀行、Google、yandex、Uber等合作伙伴，以及近150名來自俄羅斯各地的經銷商前來祝賀。

2007年，力帆進軍俄羅斯至今，構建起了遍布全俄的經銷商網絡、用產品、品牌、服務、技術、金融等全方位的服務。據歐洲商會AEBRUS發布數據顯示，自2011年成為俄市場最受歡迎的中國汽車品牌以來，力帆在俄羅斯銷量已連續六年居中國自主品牌第一。

渝企“牽手”新加坡大華銀行進軍東南亞市場

9月4日，重慶國際經濟技術合作（集團）有限公司與大華銀行（中國）簽署合作備忘錄。根據備忘錄，大華銀行將進一步利用自身在東南亞區域的網絡及合作伙伴資源，助力重慶國際經濟技術合作（集團）有限公司在東南亞業務的拓展。大華銀行調研分析，在中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目帶動下，更多重慶企業意欲通過新加坡進入東南亞市場，但運營成本、現金流量等問題成為制約其“走出去”的重要因素。

西南鋁船用鋁材獲日本船級社認證

9月7日，西南鋁業集團消息，西南鋁生產的鋁合金船用板材，已通過日本船級社認證，取得進入日本市場的資質。至此，西南鋁已相繼獲得中國、美國、法國、英國、挪威和日本共6家國際級船級社認證，是國內獲得船級社認證最多的鋁加工企業。在接受日本船級社的檢驗過程中，西南鋁從源頭、工序等方面控制產品質量，包括在-196℃條件下，對船用鋁材產品進行拉伸試驗、撕裂試驗等并獲得成功，由此一舉通過認證。

為跨境電商“打假” 中日韓三方共建產品溯源平臺

9月7日，2017（第十屆）亞洲通訊營銷產業發展大會在重慶舉行。為促進跨境電商健康發展，預防部分商家以“海淘”的名義賣假貨，中日韓三方將共建產品溯源平臺，為跨境電商“打假”。亞洲通訊營銷產業發展大會創辦于2008年，由中國電子商會、韓國在線購物協會、日本通信販賣協會聯合主辦。大會每年一屆，由三國輪流承辦。

中歐班列（重慶）首次運輸大型成套設備

9月12日，重慶西部物流園消息，裝載價值70萬美元大型成套機電設備的中歐班列（重慶）回程班列已抵達沙坪壩區團結村。本次運輸對中歐班列（重慶）而言有兩大突破：一是首次實現了大型成套設備通過國際鐵路運輸，打破以往大型設備只采取海運的常規，豐富了中歐班列（重慶）回程貨源，提高了貨源價值；二是首次通過開立信用證，實現了中歐班列（重慶）的國際貿易結算模式創新。

1—8月全市規模以上工業增加值同比增長10.1%

9月18日，市統計局消息，今年1—8月，全市規模以上工業增加值同比增長10.1%，固定資產投資、社會消費品零售總額等經濟指標保持兩位數增長；房地產市場銷售平穩增長，去庫存效果明顯。在“6+1”支柱產業中，汽車制造業增長7.8%，電子制造業增長26.6%，裝備制造業增長11.4%，化工醫藥行業增長12.7%，材料行業增長6.9%，消費品行業增長9.7%，能源工業下降9.0%。

重慶海關首臺大型集裝箱檢查設備投用

9月19日，重慶海關消息，為減少通關時間、提升查驗效率，重慶海關建設了重慶鐵路口岸“H986”項目（大型集裝箱檢查設備），并于近期順利通過海關總署驗收。今后，重慶鐵路口岸適合非侵入式查驗的貨物，將優先通過該設備查驗，沒有問題的集裝箱可“即查即放”。這是重慶海關投用的第一臺大型集裝箱檢查設備，截至9月18日，該設備共掃描集裝箱車輛331車次、662個標準箱，電子車牌讀取和箱號識別成功率達100%。

重慶大學、西南大學入選教育部“雙一流”建設名單

9月20日，教育部、財政部、國家發改委印發《關于公布世界一流大學和一流學科建設高校及建設學科名單的通知》，公布世界一流大學和一流學科（簡稱“雙一流”）建設名單。我市重慶大學入選世界一流大學建設高校，西南大學生物學學科入選世界一流學科建設。此次公布的“雙一流”建設名單，為“雙一流”建設專家委員會綜合國家戰略、行業區域發展急需國際評價等因素，最終遴選認定。

恩智浦中國汽車電子應用開發中心落戶兩江新區

9月21日，恩智浦半導體公司與市經信委、兩江新區簽約，恩智浦中國汽車電子應用開發中心落戶兩江新區。恩智浦是全球汽車半導體的龍頭企業。該中心作為我市首個專注于汽車半導體領域的研發機構，將在傳統車身、新能源、無人駕駛和智能互聯四大應用及九大技術領域建立基礎技術平臺，重點支持我市車企轉型升級需求。將為包括重慶在內的中國整車廠和汽車零部件供應商提供汽車電子產品應用支持和產品開發咨詢服務，并積極參與中國汽車電子新技術預研和標準制定。

我市超高層建筑數量位居中國內地第四

9月21日，“超高層建筑產業國際峰會?2017中國重慶”消息，我市已建成或封頂，高度在200米以上的超高層建筑共有41棟，數量位居中國內地第四位，僅次于上海、廣州和深圳。其中，最高的建筑為環球金融中心，高度為339米。目前，我市在建的超高層建筑最高的是江北嘴國際金融中心，高度為470米。據了解，若算150米以上的超高層建筑，重慶共有110座，僅次于上海，位居中國內地第二。

Figures released by the European chamber AEBRUS show that as an independent auto brand, Lifan Group has topped Chinese auto producers in Russia for consecutive six years since 2011.

United Overseas Bank of Singapore Enters the Southeast Asian Market by Joining Hands with Chongqing Enterprises

Chongqing International Economic and Technical Cooperation (Group) Limited and United Overseas Bank (China) signed a memorandum of cooperation on September 4. Drawing on its commercial framework and business partners,the bank will take further steps to support Chongqing based company to expand business in Southeast Asia. Research and analysis by the United Overseas Bank show that an increasing number of Chongqing enterprises, which are driven by China-Singapore (Chongqing) strategic interconnection demonstration projects intended to enter the Southeast Asia market through Singapore. But operation costs and cash fl ow are main constraints on their going global.

Marine Aluminium Material of Southwest Aluminium(Group) Authenticated by Japanese Classi fi cation Society

According to the news released by Southwest Aluminium (Group)on September 7, aluminum alloy marine panels produced by Southwest Aluminium(Group) were authenticated by Japanese Classification Society to enter into Japanese market. Up to now, Southwest Aluminium (Group) has been certificated by six national Classi fi cation Society including that of China, US, France,UK, Norway and Japan, ranking first in aluminum fabrication enterprises certi fi cated by Classi fi cation Society in China. During the verification process, Southwest Aluminium (Group) ensured products quality from the beginning and during the process,including conducting tensile and tearing tests on marine aluminium material successfully at minus 196 Celsius, therefore got the certi fi cation instantaneously.

China, Japan and Korea Jointly Build a Platform for Tracing the Origin of Products for Cross-border E-commerce to Crack down on Counterfeit Goods

The (Tenth) Asia Communication Marketing Industrial Development Conference was held in Chongqing on September 7, 2017. China, Japan and Korea will make a joint effort to build a platform to trace the source of products and crack down on counterfeit goods for cross-border electronic commerce in order to promote the healthy development of cross-border electronic commerce and prevent some merchants selling fakes in the name of “overseas products”. Asia Communication Marketing Industrial Development Conference was launched in 2008, and co-sponsored by China Electronic Chamber of Commerce, Korea Online Shopping Association and Japan Communication and Traf fi cking Association. The conference is held annually by these three countries in turn.

Chongqing’ s Added Value of Large-scale Industrial Enterprises Increased by 10.1% Compared with Last Year from January to August This Year

From January to August this year, Chongqing’s added value of large-scale industrial enterprises increased by 10.1% compared with last year, and fi xed asset, total retail sales of consumer goods and other economic indicators maintained double-digit growth; real estate market sales grew steadily, inventory cutting of excess urban real estate was effective. In the “6+1” pillar industry, motor industry grew by 7.8%, electronic manufacturing industry by 26.6%,equipment manufacturing industry by 11.4%, chemical and pharmaceutical industry by 12.7%, material industry by 6.9%,consumer products by 9.7% and energy industry declined by 9.0%, Chongqing Statistics Bureau news reports on September 18.

First Large Container Inspection Equipment is Put into Use in Chongqing

Chongqing Customs constructed a railway project “H986”(large container inspection equipment) to reduce clearance time and improve inspection efficiency, and had recently passed the inspection of the General Administration of Customs. From then on, cargo in Chongqing railway port that suitable for non-invasive inspection would be inspected by the equipment, a container with no problem could be“checked and released” at the same time. This was the first time for Chongqing Customs to put large container inspection equipment into use. The equipment had scanned 331 container vehicles and 662 standard containers until September 18. The success rate of electronic license plate reading and box number identification had reached 100%,Chongqing Customs news reports on September 19.

Chongqing University and Southwest University Selected into the List of “Double First-Class” Initiative

On September 20, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission issuedNotice on the Issue of Selected List of World-class Universities and First-class Disciplinesand released a selected list of world-class universities and fi rstclass disciplines (“Double First-Class” initiative). Chongqing University were ranked into first-class educational institutions, biology subject of Southwest University was recognized as fi rst-class disciplines. The “Double First-Class”initiative was selected and con fi rmed by “Double First-Class”Construction Expert Committee according to factors such as national strategy, urgent need of industrial and regional development, international evaluation, etc.

NXP Electrical Application Development Center Settles Down in Liangjiang New Area

On September 21, NXP Semiconductors (NXP) contracted with Chongqing Economic and Information Commission and Liangjiang New Area that NXP Electrical Application Development Center would settle down in Liangjiang New Area. NXP is the global leader in automotive semiconductors.The center, as the fi rst research and development institute focusing on automotive semiconductors in Chongqing,would establish a underlying technology platform for four applications in traditional automobile body, new energy,unmanned vehicles and “smart + connected” and nine fi elds of technology, with major support on transformation and upgrading of Chongqing’s vehicle enterprises. It would also provide consulting services on application support and product development of automobile electronic products to all Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and automobile components suppliers in China, and play an active role in electronic technical pre-research and standard establishment for China’s automobile.

The Number of High-rise Buildings in Chongqing Ranks Fourth in Mainland China

News of “Ultra High-rise Building Summit ? 2017 Chongqing,China” reports on September 21 that the number of completed and capped high-rise buildings over 200 meters has reached 41, ranking forth in mainland China, the top three are Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The highest building among which is World Financial Center of 339 meters. Up to now, the highest building under construction in Chongqing is Jiangbeizui International Financial Center of 470 meters. It’s known that there are 110 high-rise buildings over 150 meters in Chongqing, ranking second in mainland China, second only to Shanghai.
